This is the second time I went here. The first time, I researched nail salons around me for probably an hour and this place had the best reviews by FAR. I didn’t find a single bad review, and that’s rare for a nail place. The reviews are true!! The service is amazing and the prices are good!

The first time I went with my boyfriend for a date. He got a normal mani/pedi for $45 (no polish but same price if he got polish). I got a no-chip mani/normal pedicure for $65 and it lasted 3 weeks without chipping, and my normal pedicure still looks good now. I only went in to change my manicure colors for Valentine’s Day. The no chip polish change is only $38!! I opted to get a design though (Lisa talked me into it and I’m so happy she did!), which brought my total up to $50.

My nail tech is Lisa, and she is such a sweetheart and always gives the best service and attention to detail. The first time I went for a pedicure, just before I got up to pay and leave, she put extra cuticle oil on my toes and wrapped them in plastic wrap before I put my socks and boots on. The winters are so dry here, and that kept my cuticles so hydrated.

Make sure you book ahead at least 1-2 days though because they’re normally pretty full. But they’re always pretty accommodating!

10/10 am going again!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon every 2-3 weeks for the past 3 years (with a few 1-2 month breaks here and there). This is the best nail salon in the city. Hands down. Still have fair prices (increased a little bit since my first post, but I think its $48 for Gel Mani, $75/~$80 for gel mani/regular pedi, not including tip), friendly people, easy scheduling (just give them a call a few days ahead but I know they can also do same day if available), clean tools, and a great color selection. While Lisa (who was my nail tech for the past 3yrs) left earlier this year, at this point, I believe I’ve gotten a manicure from almost every tech here, and every manicure is great and lasts 2-3 weeks.

The only time I went to another nail place over the past 3 years was because the shop was closed for Xmas/New Years, and I forgot to book my appt here before they closed for the holidays (as they do every year). The other nail place was in the neighborhood and had good reviews, but when I got there, the environment was chaotic, the service was awful, and I paid like $20+ more there than I do here. Made that mistake once 2 years ago. Only once.

I will never go anywhere else in the city for my nails as long as this place is running.

I am forever a...

Called in to check if they accept walk-ins and they had availability at a later time of the day. They were pretty busy due to the Easter holiday. Upon arriving, was greeted by the front-desk guy with all enthusiasm. He seemed so energetic and accommodating! They had each client sign a consent form and were asked to wash their hands before service. Each table had an acrylic shield to serve as barrier from staff and other clients. I felt safe going in there.

Despite a number of clients coming in to have their nails done, staff still took time to make sure they work on your nails properly. The one who did my nails was good and patient (sorry wasn’t able to get his name). He’s efficient and didn’t make you feel in a rush.

I hope the no-chip gel holds on for weeks! šŸ˜… First time customer here and I’m impressed with the quality of work, will...

I WISH THEY WERE IN NYC! I live in Brooklyn but was in Chicago visiting friends. I needed my nails done so, naturally, I did my Google’s, came across this fine salon, and decided to head here because of the amazing reviews — I must say that they went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in I knew it would be a great experience. Qi started me off and was delightful. Then one of the incredible ladies coloured my nails and I am loving them! Sadly, I can’t remember her name but she was so lovely and the conversation we had was amusing and funny! I will definitely come back here every time I’m in Chicago. I’ve been to many salons in NY but I haven’t come across one...
