Allende Restaurant #2 — Restaurant in Chicago

My parents and I decided to get a quick bite at this restaurant. My mother is in a wheel chair but she can walk a bit. I was helping my mother to slowly walk into the restaurant. As soon as the waitress saw we were putting the wheelchair inside. She came and told us it was not allowed. How are people in wheelchairs no allowed to go into this disgusting restaurant anyway? I told her she was discriminating handicap people and that was very upsetting. We stayed but as she waited on us she kept her nasty attitude toward us. I wanted to have a pleasant lunch with my parents and she ruined our day. She made my parents very uncomfortable. This lady is very discriminating and the food is not...

As for the food itself

Paid almost 6 dollars for one of those tiny appetizer plates with a dollop of guac someone smeared across the plate with a knife as to cover all of the surface area. No salt in the guac, or the chips, and both contained no flavor whatsoever. Guacamole was just avocado with some remnats of tomato and possibly onion. Pastor was okay but was topped with a heavy spoonful of sour cream as well as weird tomato slices and a heavy hand of lettuce, not what I would expect for traditional tacos al pastor. Vegetarian burrito was about what would would have expected from looking outside.

If I could give them NEGATIVE 5 Stars I would. I ordered a torta by phone but mistakenly called the wrong location. I got to the restaurant and explained to them the mistake which I could not go to the other location due to work reasons and I was on my lunch break. The waitress denied me service and asked for me to go to the other location no matter what. On top of that the cook or so called supervisor also got loud with me and told me they would not make any food or sell me nothing at all, talk about customer service. Both were very disrespectful and so unproffesional...
