Would give 0 stars if I could. This nail salon is all hat and no cattle. I came here because I walk past it every day and it has an amazing appearance. The interior is beautiful and they use that to distract you from their horrible nail techs and scammer tactics. Off the bat I was disappointed with my service. They over charged me for my manicure and my mani/pedi took THREE HOURS. What's worse, three days after my $106 service, five of my dip nails had already fallen off. The salon boasts a 7 day fix policy, so I made an appointment to get my nails fixed. I went back on Sunday to get them fixed, and had to spend another hour in this salon... it is now Wednesday and 3 additional nails have fallen off and another 2 are peeling. Their dip to begin with was uneven, clumpy, messy, and not smooth. I will never be returning to this salon as they have already wasted $106 AND 4 hours of my life. I have been getting dip for 3+ years and have never had this horrible of an experience. When I went to the salon they removed dip I had gotten from a previous salon that lasted me an entire month. So imagine my disappointment when I was charged twice as much as the previous salon and my nails looked horrible and lasted for less than a week. Furthermore, the salon says on their website that you get a 5% discount if you use cash and that they have an ATM in the salon. This is either not true or the cashier lied to me. I asked if they had an ATM so that i could pay in cash and she said they did not have one and that they did not offer a cash...

I regret to say our experience at this nail salon was nothing short of a disaster. From a lack of email confirmation to unfulfilled promises of services, the disappointment unfolded at every step. The abbreviated pedicure, missing shoulder massages, overcharge, and a rushed, subpar manicure left us utterly dissatisfied. A cautionary tale for those seeking quality nail care – steer clear of this establishment.

Additional context: My husband had a regular manicure and luxury pedicure. While I had a regular manicure and pedicure with no chip gel polish. Here is a list of how everything went wrong:

Red flag #1 began when I made both our appointments via their online portal but never received an email confirmation. I called a day or two later and they confirmed it was not received.

My husband’s pedicure service was to include 1hr of service, including a 10 minute massage and foot mask. They did not provide these two included services nor uphold to an hour. It was 35 mins max which we paid the full $78 for.

Both of our regular manicures were to include a shoulder massage which neither one of us received.

After leaving, I realized I was charged $25 more for my services than the costs displayed on their website.

Lastly, my manicure was subpar at best. The gentleman who did my nails did not remove the nail polish, nor did he remove any gunk underneath my nails. He was in a complete rush to get them done.

Avoid this establishment unless you plan to overpay for lack...

I have never written a review about a salon/nail service but I felt like this time was warranted. My friend and I went to get pedicures this morning and stopped in to Nail Studio. First, their website is confusing because the homepage says they don’t take appointments but their drop down menu has an option to book an appointment. Since I am pregnant, we liked that it wasn’t bigger and didn’t smell strong of paint fumes. However, I would have gladly endured the paint fumes over the horrible service we had. After we chose our colors, nobody told us where to go or who was doing our nails. Even though other people were offered water, we were not (and being pregnant, I wanted water). A lady came up to my manicurist and vocally yelled at her. My friend has to ask for her technician to rescues her feet because she didn’t get rid of any dry skin the first time. They didn’t have us sit under heaters to dry our feet so we sat in our chairs and they cleaned the tubs underneath us while we were still sitting there. They charged me $5 extra for the nail color I chose but didn’t tell me about the extra cost until after they already painted my toes. And then they kicked us out so other people could sit in our chairs even though there were plenty of other chairs open. I will never...

First time coming to this salon, and I really wanted to love it because it’s so close to my job. I got dip powder with extensions, and when I’ve gotten this style from other salons, this type of manicure can last me 3 weeks, sometimes 4 weeks if I’m extra careful. The nails themself are beautiful, but after 7 days I noticed they were feeling loose, and my hair would get caught in them. Today, the 10th day with this manicure, I had one pop off. The rest of my nails definitely feel loose and like they will fall off in the coming days. I loved this set, and the woman who did my nails was quick, but the nails are not long lasting and I wish I would have checked reviews beforehand because that seems to be a trend with dip nails here. Also, when I sat down for my appointment, the nail artist asked if I would like Gel-X instead, telling me it was better for my nails and would last longer, so maybe they’re better with Gel X nails here. Would not recommend this salon for dip nails, especially considering the price vs wear time. I paid $83 before tip.

I am adding this review because 2 days ago a friend and I had a very unsatisfactory and honestly unprofessional experience at this salon. We told them it was our first visit, we gave them pictures of what we wanted, and still were completely insulted with the results of our dip & nail art manicures. And my friends pedicure was more of “blotting on” the color instead of “painting” the nails… it was just ridiculous. I asked for a refund, I sent pictures and requested a “fix” appointment for a time and date to fix the polish before I go out of town this Thursday - and I even left a voicemail - and still no response in over 48 hours since the appointments. I’m so disappointed and so sad and it’s just such a crazy experience to have to had paid for with an absolutely horrible turnout.
