I have been shopping catbird for over 8 years. I discovered the store in NY on vacation and promptly followed their growth journey. Whenever I was in a city that had a catbird store, I made a special stop in. Now I am lucky enough to have a catbird in Chicago! I've gone to the opening of the store and many times thereafter. The staff are super friendly and kind. They remember me everytime and always ask if they can help me. I love catbird jewelry so much. It's lasted me years and years. Anything that needs repair can be sent to the NY store, so that's amazing...

Unfortunately, this store isn't into good customer service in my experience. I went in asking for a permanent bracelet to be fixed and they said they won't do it because they don't know what metal my bracelet is so they can't guarantee it. I was not asking for a guarantee, just to have the bracelet put on, but they said that's their policy. It's sad because I live in the neighborhood and won't be shopping here obviously.
