For how much money this parking garage makes, it amazes me how the stairs probably haven't been swept since it was built. The parking manager should at least grab a broom to sweep the stairwells as part of their job. Maybe then on a once per month basis can they call in a crew to power wash the stairs as well. It's practically open to the public. From garbage, graffiti, smells and frozen vomit stuck in time, I am disappointed to say I pay monthly to rent here. The garage is falling apart, water dripping through the foundations when it rains. For some reason the designers decided to install curbs everywhere as you enter and exit, so tight that you risk curb rashing your rims every time you try to park. Either they should do something to bring this place up to standards or they need to slash prices because...

Bought a spot hero and was blocked from entering the woman yelling had a sign that the lot was full except for people that had prepaid parking and monthly passes . I tried telling the woman that I had a spothero , and she made it seem like I was blocking and causing an issue when I was just trying to get clarification as to what was going on. What really got to me the most was that the woman left a few minutes later and people were going into the garage freely right after 7 pm. Which didn’t make any sense because I was turned away a few minutes before . I have documentation of this incident , but I won’t share publicly due to respect for others . Attend the Xsport at this location. I get a 2 hour parking voucher. I exit the facility about 5 minutes after my time is up. And guess what? I am charged $22 for going 5 minutes over the 2 hr parking voucher. No one explained to me the reprecutions of going over the voucher by a few minutes. So I am helping people who also are not informed. I talked with the person working the garage at the time. No surprise that their response was, "sorry nothing I can do. That's the rules.
