This store truly has an outstanding selection of clothing and presents to choose from. When I shop at this location, I never fail to come away with an item that I adore! The level of excellence that is consistently present in the store's support of customers is truly remarkable. In addition, I think it's important to support local businesses so that is why I decided to become regular in this shop now. The prices are very reasonable also for such high-quality clothing. In addition to this, the location is very convenient for me as it is situated in close proximity to where I work. The previous week, I went shopping and came home with a cute sweater and dress. And I find that it suits really well for me. When I wore it, I got a lot of positive feedback from people. And I already consider it to be one of my most favorite clothes now. I had a good shopping day today. After a friend told me about Sara Jane, I decided to stop by and see what she was raving about. They have some really unique pieces - trendy, but not too trendy where you can't wear it past one season. The sales people are very helpful - one of the ladies picked out a few things that she thought would look good on me and my body type. I would have never picked those pieces out myself because she was telling me that they look much different when you try it on vs. looking at it on the hanger. I came out with a couple of really interesting sweaters. One is really versatile, and I could dress it up or dress it down. The other one is a cool greyish-blue color that you don't usually see. They also said that they are always getting different inventory, so there is new merchandise all the time. Sara Jane will now be on my boutique...

I moved to Chicago a few before covid and was looking for that local small shop that I could support. Fast forward past total lockdown and while wondering down Wells Street in Old Town I find this adorable gem of a store. When I walked in the owner greats me with a bright happy smile and a "Hi how are". I mention I am new to the area and was just looking around needles to say I am now. a Sara Jane regular and everyone who works there is super nice, so much so that I even help out on busy weekends. As a customer I have never heard anyone who works there racially profile anyone. (This is in response to Quinn Quinonas' review). Every small store owner, and corporate as well, had the right to check IDs on customers purchases to protect their business no matter who you are.
