First of all i will thank them for taking me in for an exam at the last moment on friday. I wasnt aware of your short day on fridays. Had i known in advance that you no longer sold safety glasses i would have waited to get everything done somewhere that did. Yes your probably right, Big companys that require safty glasses probably are going to inhouse to save money. I dont have that luxury. My union VSP coverage covers both a pair of dress glasses and safley glasses bi annually. I depend upon my eyedoctor (caregiver to my eyes) to supply these. I dont wish to order my glasses online incase of issues. And taking my glasses prescription to another doctor to fill is kinda like buying your food at the store and bringing it to the restaurant to prepare it. Now when i bring the prescription to another Dr to fill and i get my glasses. If i have any issues they will say, “sorry we didnt do the exam”….. As for the gal in the eyeglass shop insisted that VSP didnt cover safety glasses. Read the attached photos. Could write a book here but...
Read moreThis is, by far, the worst place anyone could consider going for any eye of one’s eye care needs. I started trying to obtain contacts and glasses back in March of 2022 and it is now June and and I’m still scratching my head wondering why my glasses are not in. The office appears to be ran by a bunch of kids that have no clue about the business that they are apparently running. I write this review in their parking lot after finally giving up after an hour long visit where nothing got figured out. Everyone with the exception of the actual Dr. did their best to throw their fellow co workers under the bus. I will be moving to a legitimate optometrist to get the devices I need after their group completely dropped me in the grease. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this sham of a business at all cost. They will disappoint you and then still try to charge you, or over charge you, as it was in my case....
Read moreMy order was submitted Jan. 2 or 3. Normal reception for glasses has been 7 to 10 days. Last Friday, Jan. 17 I inquired. Was told they weren’t inn yet, but no explanation why. Today, the 23rd, I inquired and was told my order along with others in the shipment was lost by fedex. If it was, there is a tracking number that could have found the package by now. Secondly, and more disturbing is that Mc-D didn’t contact those affected, but we were left twisting in the wind. While texting this I received a call and explanation.
