Do not shop here. I was treated differently and disrespectfully working at this shop. I wouldn’t support this place if it was the last standing store on earth. These people might treat the customers well, but as a former employee I was treated aggressively by the two older folks and was rushed many times to do my duties that I was told to do by another boss. Extremely unprofessional and don’t understand what they had against me. Out of any job I have had I was never treated this poorly. The people deserve to know that the kindness is a hoax. There is no shopping experience in Chico (maybe all of CA) that compares to Hubbs! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed into the "family"! The selection is always unique - I love that I can get a blouse that no one else in Chico will have, not to mention getting a perfect hostess gift or birthday gift that no one else will bring. The buyers here have the perfect eye and I promise you, they never miss! You will absolutely find the perfect thing for that perfectly difficult person to shop for. This is a delightful store! It’s my “go to” place for buying gifts for my girlfriends (and for me too!).. The prices are very reasonable and the level of service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful, but they don’t hover or hound you to buy something. They provide complimentary gift wrap as well. I really like the clothing they carry, especially their Hello Mello loungewear. You can get through the pandemic in comfortable style AND, when you’re ready to travel, this brand is perfect because it packs easily and doesn’t wrinkle. ...
