As a property manager, The experience I had with this company was extremely unprofessional. When calling and inquiring about making a copy of a key the representative who answered the phone was extremely rude. His communication was poor and not helpful. Simply put, I called to make a copy of a key from this company. As a company vendor I did not expect to be referred to a different company for the cutting of my key. After I asked 3 times if they provide this service, His response was "Well Yea? I was spoken to as if I was an idiot and I did not appreciate the tone. In the past we have used this company for eviction lockouts re-keying homes and providing laundry security. Per this conversation I have canceled the vendor relationship and will continuing business with another company. The man that answered the phone today's job I believe, is to promote business bring in clients not refer or Outsource services. As well as maintain a professional and respectful customer service attitude. He displayed none of these skills. Good luck to this employee as I feel he should be reprimanded. I will come by the store and speak with a manager as I do believe this deserves a conversation. Amazed this person has a Job still as I see in the reviews that this is a pattern of behavior. My advise would be to Hire someone that represents your services and does not act inconvenienced by...

I had quite the rough start to my morning on Monday. After spilling coffee on myself, I rushed to throw the clothes I had on into the wash, not realizing my keys were still tucked inside the pocket. I soaked the key fob resulting in my car alarm being set off randomly, and no way to properly turn it off once it had started, just rapid button pressing until some sort of magic silenced my car.

I figured I needed a new key fob, a 100 or so dollar repair, all over some spilled coffee. I stepped into Johnnys lock and smith and although they didn’t have the shell available over the counter, the gentleman named Joshua behind it took apart the fob, cleaned it up for me to remove any calcium, and sent me on my way with out a charge and a simple, “have a nice day”

I can genuinely say my day got so much better after stepping out of this shop. The key works beautifully again, and I didn’t have to spend an extra bit of cash to fix my morning blunder.

A little pricey at $68 just to unlock my car buuut...

The guy who came out was amazing! I called around 5:20pm on Monday when they closed at 5:30pm. Efficient and friendly over the phone, and showed up at my house about ten minutes later, even though it was so close to closing! Wasted no time! Locksmith was in a great, upbeat mood and laughed with me and even talked me through what he was trying to do. Personable and honest and definitely experienced. I work customer service and I can say right now this was amazing customer service...

With a little trouble at first (I have a Honda) he was able to get my car unlocked. Fast and friendly wrap up, he was on his way with a smile and a wave.
