Orange Street Consignment — Local services in Chico

Since we say we are Chico's Best Kept Secret I guess I'll have to do the first review. I guess it really wouldn't be right though since my husband is the owner, so I guess I'll leave the reviews to you. Stop by and see us. We have people coming in all the time that are in awe of the shop. They look at the 15,000 sq. ft. and say "wow" how long have you been here? When we answer 14 years they can't believe they just found us. But maybe that's because we've had customers tell us they don't tell anyone about us, because they don't any competition. We found out after purchasing a dresser that it wouldn't fit in the car (absolutely on me, I didn't plan very well) and I was going to rent a little van for a couple hours to get it to the apartment, but she offered to drive it over herself after closing! Gorgeous dresser, exactly what I was looking for, and so many more pieces in the store that if I had more space at home I absolutely would have bought! This is a HUGE space, tucked away in an unassuming building. It's filled with lots of really cool unique items like a GORGEOUS outdoor day bed and some vintage Coca-Cola memorabilia. However, a lot of it is coated in dust, you can tell they've been here for awhile and it doesn't seem like anyone takes the effort to go around keeping them clean. The staff aren't particularly friendly either. Prices are fair but...
