My husband and I love that we can use our NARM membership at the Chico History Museum—what a great perk for travelers who enjoy learning about local history! Read moreSmall but insightful place of information. This museum will tell you a lot more than you might imagine. Did you know there was an electric street car going from San Francisco to Chico. There were steamboat ferris coming up from SF ( to Marysville and as far as Red Bluff). There was a big Chinatown- whose inhabitants were harassed, killed and eventuell driven out of town.
