All day These boots are not bad boots however!!!! Make sure u don’t pick that pair they won’t allow you to exchange them for that reason They have a no return policy so make sure u put the ones you like on an wear them in the store for an hour or so to be 100% these boots are the ones cause they tell you, you have 30days to exchange them however when you go back in the next day after wearing your boot for an hour 1/2 or so out to eat not worn not scratch nothing just rubbed a blister on ankle… oh we can’t you can only wear them in your house that’s what we tell you when you buy them nothing of that was said tho bunch bull crap who in this world gonna go buy a pair boots to wear around in the house smh yall done lost your darn mind personally can careless I’ll buy my wife another pair boots not from here ever tho. Factory outlet in pigeon forge has a one year warranty on boots and they are buy one get two free this is where we usually buy boots from cause they have wonderful customer service and will stand by their product but have found several stores that offer this same deal around nationwide so if u have a pair u liked a lot they can order those same boots or something similar as well an ship them fyi again careful Anna I can post pictures of the boots they are same as they was when bought out the store I will send someone in the store to take pictures of all the boots on shelf that are already scuffed some soles can barley ready writing Tony loma worn off Justin worn off noccona half gone but that’s the first thing yall say when my wife wanted to exchange a pair of boots bought less than 24hours ago worn to the plaza to eat from the house to the restaurant an home took off lol I’m surprised how yall acted. Bought a pair of boots on the buy one get two deal. I wear a 9D. Bought the Warhawk wk2152. Went back the same day and traded for a 9EE. Still didn't feel right. Went back a few days later and was told that I could only exchange one time. MY FAULT, I didn't read the stipulations. The only problem aside from that was how "ANN" the female manager was talking down to me like she was my 3rd grade teacher. I'm okay with the rules, but that gray haired old Karen just sealed the deal with me not going back in, because of her nasty demeanor. Forgot to mention, I spent $438 in there that day, AND, I haven't seen not ONE response on ANY of these reviews whatsoever, so that right there tells you...

I was there about noon on a Saturday. A sales associate came out from behind the counter right away to help us find what we asked for (hunting/work style boots for my 9 y/o grandson). She was invested in helping us, once taking off cheerfully to the back to look for the size we needed. Success!
