Came with a crew of 6. Never met or seen this waitress before. She would cater to every single coworker except for me. Refilled their glass with tea without them asking. Would continue to ignore refilling my tea. After continuing to refill their's again and again, I had to get her attention to refill mine. When she refilled my tea, she purposefully put my glass on another co workers side, knowing full well where she grabbed my glass from. It was low-key intentional. So i asked her if that was my glass? She said, "Oh, oh yea." Was very dismissive towards me. Thereafter, I was the first one finished with my plate. She then goes around asking if they were done eating and if they want their plate removed, knowing they weren't done, but clearly knew I was done with mine because I was the first one done. Mind you, I'm on her corner, so I am right in front of her. She goes on everyone plate except for mine. She was acting like I was invisible, intentionally. I again had to get her attention that I was finished too. When I got her attention about it, she made an evil little laugh. When I heard that wicked little laugh, I confirmed her ways were wicked rude. That where I knew. This was such an unpleasant experience. For a waitress to oust one out of an entire crew in this way was so unpleasant. You don't do that! You treat everyone across the board equally regardless of how one looks in appearance or what one looks like. If someone reminds you of someone you disliked from your past or whatever, you still don't treat them like that. I have never seen or met this old lady (and she isn't that old. She is just not one of the young girls). The entire time, I was respectful, but was bamboozled as to why I am being treated this way. Management makes sure she gets the message! You don't selectively pick who you choose to treat rudely and who not! You treat EVERY paying customer, especially if they have been respectful the entire time, with respect! That experience was ridiculous and uncalled for from a waitress I've never seen in my life! To be fair, the food was good. The service,...
Read moreI have been driving for almost 10 hours today and just needed food. This place was recommended by my motel manager.
The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. The two employees I dealt with couldn't have cared less about customer service or cleanliness.
The girl answering the phone and taking to-go orders doesn't know the menu and wasn't able to answer questions or put the order in without help. When I first came in I stated I would like to order to-go and she told me to wait a minute. Then, when she was done with whatever she was doing, she asked what I'd like. I stated I would need to see a menu (common sense). When I asked what the special included she just said "I don't know". I had to ask her to find out.
The same employee couldn't keep two to-go orders straight and was completely confused. Other employees had to help her. The employee who packed up my food, put it all together and then set it on the back counter. I'm sitting six feet away. I had to ask if that was my food and if I could have it .
I get back to my hotel and there are no napkins or forks with my food and my food is room temperature (the restaurant is across the street from the motel so it didn't travel far.)
During my wait, I witnessed a server coughing into her hands and carrying a stack of plates against her dirty shirt (which was probably sweaty too).
This place needs a manager who is involved in the service. This...
Read moreI rarely complain but we usually have such a good experience here. Tonight, the service was mediocre. It seemed like the wait staff did not want to be there or maybe they don't like servicing outsiders because we saw the people they knew around us getting attentive service but they rarely came to our table. The food was good but a bit overcooked. My child got the kids meal with chicken strips and they were a bit over done. I told our waitress he did not like it and she said okay. I asked for him to have beans and rice instead and she said it would be 5 dollars extra. I said oh! Let me start with just the rice and it was a tiny cup of rice! For 2.50! He liked it but goodness!. I got the Sampler platter which was excellent except for the jalapeño poppers and the fried mushrooms which were all a bit crispy and a little burned. They still were okay. When I asked for a side of ranch to go with my leftovers she said she would have to charge. She said I'm sorry, we have to charge for any little thing now. I spent 60 dollars there and will not go back as the food and service does not warrant the price. There are plenty of other friendly restaurants to go to, like Los 4 Juanitos or Dawsons. Or...
