The ASM complained to my colleague, âwhy are there so many people here, there should only be locals this time around.â She (my colleague) didnât have to, but she apologized with, âIâm sorry for invading your space.â He didnât deserve that apology. That was rude. Then he was rude to my other colleague, sheâs a sweet old lady, she asks him, âis maui jacks pretty busy with the Halloween event on Saturday?â He responds with âlook, I donât know, all I do is, work, go home, work, go home. I got 3 kids.â Sounds like a personal problem dude. Mind you, yes we are NOT locals, we were at your store buying your toys to donate for toys for tots. We are giving you business, be grateful. The place was a mess, probably because youâre switching Halloween (which it hadnât passed yet) to Christmas. But still, you got too much time thinking negatively and spreading it with your way of thinking because you donât want to share your beautiful town to people who has never experienced it before. A female employee who I wish would've had her name tag showing , burgundy hair, was extremely rude, because I first went to enter a side of doors that were locked, when I then went around and came through the other side she loudly insulted me to her coworkers that ,: could I not read , that there were two pieces of paper in the windows saying to use the other door.    Read moreI gave this store 5 stars before but have taken it down to 1 star because they still require masks and we purchased their brand of sweet & low packets by accident and went to exchange them for Splenda only to be told they don't allow food returns which is bull because I took them back to another FD and was allowed to without a mask. Also they are still demanding that customers pay with exact change or their debit card.
