This was one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve ever had. The cashier at Party House Liquor was extremely rude and openly racist.
My wife simply came in to check on me because I was taking a bit longer with my order. The cashier immediately got upset and told us to āspeak English.ā This is completely unacceptable and racist behavior. We live in a diverse community, and no customer should ever be treated that way because of their language or background.
On top of that, the cashier was very impatient. When I couldnāt immediately find the confirm order screen, instead of helping, he told me to leave the store and refused to sell me anything. When I asked for a refund, he just said I had to deal with the platform and that it was not their responsibility.
The main issue here is the cashierās racist attitude. Treating paying customers this way is shameful and discriminatory. I would strongly warn others about this placeāno one should support a business that tolerates racism...

Not much else one could ask for in a nearby...
