Party House Liquor — Local services in Chino Hills

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier at Party House Liquor was extremely rude and openly racist.

My wife simply came in to check on me because I was taking a bit longer with my order. The cashier immediately got upset and told us to “speak English.” This is completely unacceptable and racist behavior. We live in a diverse community, and no customer should ever be treated that way because of their language or background.

On top of that, the cashier was very impatient. When I couldn’t immediately find the confirm order screen, instead of helping, he told me to leave the store and refused to sell me anything. When I asked for a refund, he just said I had to deal with the platform and that it was not their responsibility.

The main issue here is the cashier’s racist attitude. Treating paying customers this way is shameful and discriminatory. I would strongly warn others about this place—no one should support a business that tolerates racism...

Consistently solid liquor store, and I been makin stops here for a long while now. Fair prices, knowledgeable and helpful folks behind the counter, and a staggering selection of beer, liquor, wine, and mixed drinks. They always have a bunch of fancy glasses (and on occasion locally distilled alcohol!) on sale, which never fails to catch the eye. Seems like a great place. Ridiculous! I've lived in Chino Hills for 7 years now and go to the 99c store on an occasional basis, yet I've never gone inside until just a few days ago. This place has a huge selection of beers, almost a whole hallway of just beer. Of the three people I've met working here so far, all of them have been very friendly to speak with.
