Glowzy Nail Bar — Local services in Chino Hills

This was my first time coming to this Nail Salon and Spa in Chino Hills. I was a little bit hesitant upon my arrival because I did not have an appointment.. When I asked the receptionist (who by the was very pleasant and nice) what the wait time was she responded "no wait time". I was seated in less than 5 minutes and my services started shortly thereafter. My technicians were Kim and Kelly. They were excellent technicians taking great care and time on my hands and my feet. They were very conscientious, delivering quality service. My hands and feets looked great! It had been a very long time since I had a professional manicure or pedicure. I will definitely be coming back to Glowzy Nails.... as a matter of fact, I've already made an appointment making sure to request Kim and Kelly. TERRIBLE experience. Brought my girlfriend here, was here for over an hour and a half. Nail tech did not even finish nails, ended up leaving before even getting them finished due to this terrible experience. He cut my girl friend and made her bleed multiple times, did not do anything that was asked, immediately cut down nail without asking. Kept messing up the color and French tips, each time he messed up and my girlfriend asked him politely to fix it he would make a rude comment. French tips were extremely uneven, he also changed the nail shape without asking. Tried to get us to completely redo the nails which would’ve taken another hour and a half and I’m sure look just as bad. I rarely am upset enough to leave a bad review, I HIGHLY recommend NEVER...

Staff: the staff is wonderful. I can’t say enough about Miss Kathy and Jasmine (Tan). They are always so friendly and kind! Definitely recommend Jasmine for nails!

Pedicure: Milky Pedicure is the BOMB! 12 minute massage included with hot towels and hot stones. PURE BLISS! Love the attention to detail on my toes. They never rush through my pedicures

Services: DIP Powder, Gel Builder, and all the latest products! They have at least 100 if not more dip and gel products to choose from!

Complimentary wine, coffee, tea and soda! Definitely recommend the Vietnamese coffee! Hot and cold available!
