Dont get me wrong the food is amazing but the way the service was delivered..I was beyond disappointed. Last time I went around October or early November (gotta check the receipt), we did online order. I was not aware that the speciality drinks were not available for online purchase even though they were still able to be bought online. Neither less to say I purchased three items one being the guero coffee and only received the food. My partner went in to get the mobile order and was denied the drink that they didn't have the ingredients and then later that they couldn't serve it because it had alcohol. We asked for a similar item of the same price and was denied. They said that the manager was gonna call me for a refund since it was already purchased and never got a call nor a refund. I called a week later and they said the manager wasn't available. I'm just disappointed that they didn't put any thought in reaching out to us or even trying to get us refund or even a similar item of the same price. I’ve been coming to this place since the pandemic. The food is very good, but the service is very bad. Jorge is very arrogant and dismissive. My husband and I often go during his lunch break, and my god, he is sooo rude with us. At first I thought that he might be treating us differently because we often dress down. I am always wearing business attire for work, so I dress in leggings and t-shirts. Today when I told him that he didn’t give us the complementary soup, he told us that it’s because everyone else leaves him a better tip than we do. The audacity and arrogance of this man! Every time we go the staff is friendly and the food is excellent. The last time the server was a +10. My wife wasn't sure about the uncooked shrimp ceviche vs the blanched. They wanted her to try something new and said if she didn't care for it they would swap it for the other, cooked version.. She ended up really enjoying it, and they made it real easy for her to experiment. We went on a Thursday and they do $5 margaritas that day. They have at least 5 different options, I went with the original and my wife got the pineapple. If you ever tried a dole whip, that's what the pineapple margarita reminded us of. Very good.
