My husband is Mexican (to give weight to this review, because I am not, lol)…hands down the best carne asada ranchera, so tender, perfect marinade/flavors. Their marinated chicken was also delicious. We bought a few pounds of each and grilled on BBQ at home…made tacos with all the typical fixins’ This market is clean, simple in stock which is a good thing, friendly and efficient service…the quality is evident. They have A5 wagyu from Japan, there is something here for everyone (lobster tails too!). Maybe a bit more pricey than other meat markets but you are paying for the quality. You're paying a premium for quality meat, none of that stuff you can get for cheap that tastes like a shredded tire.

Visit them and support a local family business! They have JAZ tea, and a lot of other Mexican only brands/chips/goodies.

EDIT: We've been here about 6-7 times already and every single time the consistency of the meat is excellent. We will continue to shop here as our go to...

Our family loved the tasajo meat from this carniceria that just opened in Chino. I liked the cut, tenderness and flavor of the meat. It is well priced. Their guacamole is chunky and has a nice spice to it! It is also less expensive than other carnicerias. They have a nice selection of dips and salsas. I also tried their arroz con leche and flan, and they were both tasty! I really love the modern esthetics...
