It hurts me to leave such a low review for a store I love so much, but I have been struggling with the store’s customer service recently. I went in a couple of days ago to get some outfits for my engagement pictures coming up in a few weeks and I was treated amazing. I know that one of the employee was names Sadie, just because I am also named Saydey, and there was another adorable employee who was sooo kind. They both hyped me up on the outfits I chose and were actually the sweetest people I have ever met. I one time I called my mom to show her some options and she even commented on how she loves this real deals and how she thinks it’s better than the one where she lives. Then yesterday I had to kill some time so I thought I might as well go back in since I had such a great experience the last time. That when I noticed both items that I had gotten where now on clearance and where both 20 dollars when I paid 70 for both. I could have saved 30 dollars by just coming in a few days later. For someone trying to pay for a wedding 30 dollars can be a lot. So I went to the counter and asked the employee if I could come and return my items and rebuy them for the clearance price. This is something my mom did a few times when I was a kid and I never saw it be a problem, all the other stores understood that ya it can be frustrating when you miss a sale by a couple of days. The girl at the counter just looked at me and said “I don't know” when I asked if I could do this, I didn’t even know if I still had the receipt so I just let it go and waited till I got home. After finding the receipt I called and asked if I could speak to a manager because I knew she didn’t know the answer, and she said that they technically didn’t have one and that the girl that was in charge only came by randomly, she didn’t have scheduled hours. After getting absolutely no where with this employee and responses not being in a very kind tone, I just said I would call tomorrow. And so today I called and asked the same question and the lady on the phone was definitely nicer than the previous employee she still seemed very annoyed. Thankfully the boss was there and I was able to get my answer that I could do that, but that they don’t really do that for people. It felt like she was disgusted that I even had asked. The problem isn’t the store policy here, just the way the employees acted, I don’t actually think I’m going to get my money back. It’s not worth the negative way I was treated by both employees, neither of them were directly mean but sometimes body language and the tone of voice speaks louder than words. Just frustrated going from the absolute most phenomenal people last week, to feeling judged and causing annoyance to the employees this week. This is a fun, cute boutique for home decor and clothing. I love the holiday finds and there are often sales towards the end of the season. Highly recommend this place to go all out to decorate, or to just find that perfect something to fill in the gap. It’s also fun to just come in and browse for styling ideas.

I like this store and stop here whenever I travel through Pocatello. My issue is that I purchased a set of 4 items among other things and only had one in my bag when got home (4 hours away).
