I found a listing on Facebook market for a full sized bed I had been looking at for a week now on Wayfair, but the frame alone was almost $300...I found the same exact one on Facebook market from Everyday furniture mattress warehouse and it was the exactly the same one from Wayfair!!! I called not expecting to buy something the same day, however, when I spoke to Javier he helped me find exactly what I needed for a great price, he was even able to help me find a mattress. He was amazing gave me an awesome deal, he even delivered the same day!!! My boys needed a new bed since they still choose to share a room and a bed. When him and his team arrived they were ready to built it for me, something that I wasn’t expecting, unfortunately because I still had to break down my sons twin bed, I choose to do it myself. Like I said didn’t expect to buy the same day and especially didn’t think they would deliver same day!!! Ordered a Dresser for my daughter’s room and had paid for removal of old dresser. They were scheduled to deliver between 10:30 am to 11:00am. I had called to see when they were going to deliver my order after seeing it was already 12:00pm.The woman I spoke with had an attitude and told me she couldn’t help me to figure out when they would come and deliver my dresser. They arrived late. When they finally arrived it was 5 minutes to 1:00pm . They didn’t want to take my old dresser after paying for removal fee and the Dresser. I reminded them It’s bad business for them to not keep schedule and not want to keep with contract and take the old dresser .After I paid for the service fee in advance.They had to call their manager to confirm and took the old dresser. Not wanting to and with an attitude. It makes me upset they didn’t want to provide a service paid for in advance. I will definitely not be coming back to do business here and let others know...

I walked in this morning inquiring about bunk beds and a shelving unit for my daughters bedroom. I was greeted by Francisco with a friendly smile and he directed me to where I could find it in the showroom. He answered all my questions and did not try to up sale me or pressure me to buy it. He had awesome customer service and was very was very detailed, quick and efficient. My total time there was not more than twenty minutes. He then showed me a catalog on all the shelving units he had available and also informed me there was a layaway option if needed. I let him know my girls were out of a bed at the moment and asked what was the soonest available day for delivery. He had his men deliver within the hour.
