I was at the end of a line almost going to the door. 5 people ahead of me. I noticed the cashier Maria Gomez was on her personal phone, FaceTime I think she was on?
Literally just doing her Lil thing thing, as if there were no customers waiting to make an order. I asked in a general manner if she was just on the phone to which this broad looks at me and immediately gives me an attitude as I were attacking her, with "excuse me?" And proceeds to use ghetto combative words, thinking its okay to be speaking to me as if I'm there to be disruptive.
Apparently this is a very common occurrence here, as the humble and nice man gorge informs me afterward, that he has been waiting here more than 30 MINUTES to have his order taken.
Maria seemed as if she was trying to flex on me as if I were down at her level. I am just trying to pay this establishment my hard earned money so that i can eat. Why on earth would somebody in their right mind be so arrogant as to be combative when they're clearly in the wrong, I will never understand.
This woman doesn't seem to be contributing thing to society. Much less should she be employed at the otherwise sacred Jack In The Box....
Read moreHave been to this Jack in the box multiple times in the past, and all my experience have been a bit bellow the neutral but not enough to make a complaint review. Unfortunately this day at about 2:35pm I pulled up through their drive thru, was waiting on the menu screen for about 11mins trying to get some service, at this point I looked at my side view mirror and I see that I have a line of at least 6 cars behind me ( probably frustrated as well) I pulled up to the window and I tell the lady if she knew I had been waiting for 11 minutes and she said I didn't see you, (I'm thinking to myself how can you not see me in a lifted vehicle) I asked for her name she said it was Stephanie and if I could please speak to her manager, she said there wasn't one, after another 10 minutes I got my food leaving at 3:01pm and the name that appeared in the receipt was Mariana, LoL what a joke there is nothing "fast food" about this...
Read moreEach time i visit on Mondays around 10:30am the female cashier gives me a senior discount without me identifying myself as such or asking for such promotion/discount. I am a fit and young looking 52 yr. old male. I take pride and effort in my appearance and I find it assumptive and offensive to basically be called "old"....quite frankly it pisses me off. And in my opinion it is inappropriate, derogatory, unprofessional and insulting/hurtful. Basically it is not acceptable for a business to assume personal information or judge a customer on appearance. It can be insulting to the customer and in my opinion bad for business. If a patron is not extremely obvious to be a senior citizen or does not identify as such with a card or verbal request, then it should not be assumed. Please address this customer service issue. Thank you in advance for your effort...
