Taquería la nueva imperial — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I was really busy today and needed to pick up dinner for my family. So I went to my go to taco shop. I used to love going here. The food is really expensive, which I don't mind paying when I'm getting good quality food. That was not the case this evening. I got old dry chicken in my burrito. The meat tasted old and dry on our carné asada fries. I ordered 3 tacos, the only two that were ok was the tripas, and cabeza. The bean burrito was acidy. We threw out most of our food. We're so disappointed because it was the go to taco shop. Your quality of food is horrible. What happened? I regret spending my money on all that food and throwing it out....

Very poor customer service. All employees rude to each other. There was 4 employees with no work ethics. We were eating next thing I know they started arguing within themselves in front of customers without any regards for what customers would think. There was a point were I thought they were going to fight because bad language was used to the point were it got clear they were really angry almost ready to fight. Very bad experience. 3 times I'ved visited this place with long time periods in between and all experiences have been the same we honestly dont recomend anyone to visit. Were are not coming...

Restaurant is quite different from anything I've experienced before, I felt like if I was eating in a printing ... Apparently they prefer quantity over quality on their recipes. The dishes are huge, nothing like showned on their "peculiar" menu and were either too salty and greasy or had no flavor like the ceviche tostada that was showered with ketchup and no lemon, avocado was almost expired, The restaurant does not offer authentic Mexican mariscos. In my opinion they based their recipes in tostilocos or mangoneadas. I would not recommend this place because of food, environment and...
