EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Customer service needs to improve. I ordered a turkey sandwich for my kids without jalapeños, tomatoes, or onions. I come home and see that they put jalapeños, which isn’t something I can just remove, the spice stays there and my kids have sensitive tummys. So I had no other choice but to drive back and get it fixed. I requested a refund in addition for my time and gas wasted on the trip (which is not cheap right now and I have a V8) but the lady refused and said all they do is switch it whenever the customer can come back. She had the nerve so say “that’s why I always tell everyone to check.” Well, 1.She gave me my food the first time and never advised me to check. The ticket order had it written out, so no b** that’s your job. You have to check the food twice before packing it. Otherwise, soon you’ll be sued for sending someone to the hospital for giving them something they are allergic to. They don’t show they care about their customers, thats how they’ll loose many. And by the way, they also keep the one they messed up on which they have to throw away. I could lhave given it to someone in need on...

I'm not gonna say their food is bad but the customer service was sad! We bought a desert and dad had to use the restroom the girl in a very rude way told him no because the floor was wet. It was an emergency and dad really had to use the bathroom so he waited he asked again like 10 min after the order was ready and they denied him the use. I talk to the girl and she makes a face I tell her I wouldnt bother her if it wasn't an emergency ! She gave me an attitude and told me it was out of service and then changed mind and said the floor was still not dry! I told her if they can make an exception since it was an emergency and she let him go in after he had waited so0 long! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!? She just didn't want her floor to get messy I guess!! They just los another customer! So sad they weren't nice enough to their customers in...

Ordered a agua fresca of banana. Tasted like mostly water. Barely any hint of banana taste in it. I would have taken it back but I was already driving away in my truck when I tasted it. I dunno how you can mess this one up 🤦.

Also the acai bowl was small for the price. The acai did not taste like a acai. Didn't have the smooth creamy texture... Was more of an ice blended kind. Juice adventure has better bowls. Wasted my money. Didn't eat either of them.

So I went back the next day to take the drink and bowl back and they actually were super nice about it replaced my drink with a fresh one that actually tasted delicious and exchange the bowl which I found out was blended with ice for a turkey sandwich. Then said we do not want to lose you as a customer. So they went from one star...
