Out of frustration for being racially profiled in this Target. I put my middle finger up high for them to see. The biggest F You to businesses like this, is to not give them ANY of your MONEY! Recently I had a wonderful experience in a Target store that was not this Chula Vista Broadway store location. BUT a few days ago at the Broadway location, a worker gave me a bogus rule about their bring your own bag 5 cents credit. I left the store called corporate, kept them on the phone and returned to the store. I had just ate breakfast at that location. I asked for the address of that store, per the customer service representative on the phone. The in store worker, pointed and said the address is on the door. I told her, her rule she spewed out at me is nonexistent. I told her she must be seeking power because she has none in her everyday life, I told her she's pathetic! I was not raising my voice until a mystery manager came over, asking if there is a problem, and telling me not to raise my voice at her, that I have to respect her employees, and that I can't point my finger at her. I told her I could do all three. She claimed I was disrupting the store. I told her she is disturbing the store. They were livid because I called Target and had them on the phone during their biases. I left on my own accord. F them! Absolutely not getting my money. Do you know how much power there is in not shopping somewhere. My wish is that every person who receives biases, bad service, racism, or disrespect from a company, simply stops giving them ANY of your MONEY. I've run into one superb worker. Bathrooms are disgusting! All pics are from the same visit. One toilet even has blood on it. Make that two superb workers, Sherry and Arturo! The two of them show non biased, excellent customer service. Some workers exude biases. When I get bad service here, I put back my merchandise, and don't give them my money. Some security and staff watch, "certain people". Today a team leader named Matty came to the women's bathroom door and told me to let others use the bathroom. I had left my large purse and jacket in a stall while I refreshed my makeup for five minutes. A customer proceeded to enter, I let her know that my belongings were hanging, but she could go in. She declined and said thank you to me, and I said my apologies to her. Then a worker opened up the bathroom door while I was in the stall getting my purse and jacket. I told her don't open up the bathroom door while I'm in there. Matty complained to a worker that I had an attitude, I told him absolutely. Some of these workers are jerks and more. While people like them bother paying customers and follow and bother "certain" people, "other" people are stealing from...

Rating: ★
I recently visited my local Target store on May 7th, around 11:15 am, and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. While there were aspects of the store that were satisfactory, my encounter with an employee named Maria S was particularly unpleasant and left me feeling dissatisfied.
Starting with the positives, Target Store maintained a clean and organized shopping environment, which made it easy to locate products. The variety of merchandise available was impressive, and the store had a generally pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, most of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to a more positive shopping experience.
However, my experience with Maria S was the low point of my visit. When I approached her for assistance, she appeared visibly unhappy and was rather rude in her response. In a dismissive and impolite manner, she curtly stated, "I'm close!" This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated, as it seemed she had no interest in assisting customers or addressing their needs.
As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Maria S's behavior did not align with these expectations, and it greatly affected my overall impression of the store.
It is important for businesses like Target Store to recognize the impact that such negative encounters can have on customers. Every customer interaction shapes the overall perception of the establishment, and it is crucial for employees to uphold professional and courteous behavior consistently.
While I understand that employees may have off days, it is imperative for management to ensure that customer service standards are upheld throughout the day, even during busy periods. Encouraging a positive and customer-oriented culture through training and support can greatly contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for all patrons.
I sincerely hope that Target Store takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Despite my disappointing encounter with Maria S, I acknowledge that individual experiences may vary, and others may have had more positive interactions at this location.
In conclusion, my visit to Target Store on May 7th, 11:15 am, left me with a sense of dissatisfaction due to the rude behavior displayed by employee Maria S. It is my hope that Target Store recognizes the importance of providing exceptional customer service and takes appropriate steps to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and courteously...
Read moreI did some shopping early morning to beat the crowd. I was at this Target location around 9am, grabbed a small hand basket because my intention was to not buy too much stuff, 1st mistake. I ended up with a full basket and both hands carrying items struggling to get to the register. I did set my basket down to adjusted some items so I can have more space and make it slightly easier to carry, but not once did any employee ask if I needed a larger cart . When I set the basket down I also set my phone down, 2nd mistake. I remember I needed something else and forgot to grab my phone, and grabbed only the basket and the 8pk of Gatorade in the other hand. Before heading to the register I went back to grab the phone I had left in the soda aisle. It was gone! Was advised to check customer service desk, but nothing was returned. I did ask if they can check the cameras, but was told the security guard was in a meeting. This time it had to be close to 10am 10:30. I said ok I'll wait. Another manager arrived and asked about the phone and said the security guard will be out of this meeting at 11 and he can check the cameras then. Ok fine now 8 minutes till 11. She returns to me and said the 11am security guard didn't show up for his shift and the 8am security guard quit along with she's short handed because other employees called out. Now at this point I figured out the "meeting" excuse was a lie and there is no one to check cameras. She rudely said, "what do you want out of this, your phone is gone". I replied with Not if an employee stole it. I told her I work for a Grocery store and I know how lost and stolen items can be recovered. She did not ask for my name or the time stamp of when I lost it(I had to offer that info)or any resolution. She did mention another security guard should be there at 2, I told her I will follow up with her at that time... also wasn't her suggestion. 3rd and Final mistake was shopping at this Location. Beware!!! NO SECURITY GUARDS Right Now for 8am and possibly 11am;) !!!! Poor...
