Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I went with my son and another friend . What I noticed right away all the tables was very dirty, not a clean one available . The floor was also very dirty and had lots of receipts and mess. There was a trash can sitting on a seat at a table GROSS and unsanitary for sure those are a few things I noticed just by walking in , if i wasnt graving dairy queen which i havent had for a very long time i would have left. So we ordered staff was ok not very cheerful just like whatever attitude, dont want to be here service . I ate my ice cream at the cleanest table I could find and left . I wish i could have had a better experience at this diary queen. The store needs to be way cleaner and friendlier staff. Went in to treat my family. While ordering I specifically asked if the strawberry sauce had chunks of strawberry in it because we don't like that. Was told by Lizbeth an employee that took my order, that it didn't have chunks. As soon as we got our blizzard noticed it was chunky. So i asked for a replacement without the strawberry since I was told it wouldn't be chunky. Was told that I could get a replacement but would have to pay for it. BUT was told that the chunks weren't strawberry??? When I asked for management number to complain was given my receipt with the store number on it? I went in because my daughter who is 10 wanted to get a blizzard served her upside down I said of course that's how they serve blizzards when I went in I was surprised that half of the shop had chairs on top of the tables see pictures below and one of their main new items was a puppy chow blizzard WTF Dairy Queen do you think that we're dogs?
