Don’t waste your money/ time here! I was there last month with a couple of other bridesmaids. The service was not that great. They only had a size small of the dress I wanted & an XS, in a different style. The materials were different, therefore I wanted to try on the XS in the style needed, before I placed my order. The lady who helped us wanted me to order the XS without me trying it on. I explained to her that it would be easier to work with a bigger fit opposed to a dress that fits too small. She asked me for a down payment and said she would order the two sizes in the style and color I needed them. 2 weeks later, they called me to let me know that the dress was there. She had only ordered the XS!!! Of course she was not working that day! The lady at the counter said that they can’t order the dress without down payment (she only charged me for 1 dress, not both) I had no way to proof that I was promised two different sizes. I offered her name, the date and time when I was promised the two sizes, and she did not bothered to ask or find out with other employees. The dress fits too tight. On top of that, the dress was missing a clip and the belt string was ripped. I pointed that out and she said that she was busy and I would have to leave the dress for another couple of days to get that fixed. No apologies or discount offered. Also, she failed to tell me that all sales are final!!!! Screw me over for...

This is a great dress store . I got a dress 👗 for my daughter wedding . They didn't have the Suze I needed in the color I wanted . They ordered it for me. The turnaround was so . It only took a week . The ladies in the store are so attentive to helping you . They pulled a few dress in different price ranges. The store has lots of dresses to offer on many colors . The dressing rooms are clean, and the ladies are ready to help in the dress are out of your dress if needed. They have a simsters you can make an appointment if you need Alterations done. I rate them a 4.5 overall . The dresses are priced very nicely. Customer service was wonderful here as soon as you walked in . The simsters is very nice as well . The only reason I didn't a full 5 stars is because I had to pay $28 to add two small straps to the dress . In opinion I felt like maybe that should free . Again just my opinion only because it was a small adjustment. But she did a great job at sewing them on . This store is really fantastic and reasonable priced. If you want a beautiful dress and great people to help you with great prices. Go to Original Dresses 👗. I'm so happy I did . I love my dress and it looks great on me . After a heartbreaking 8 department store attempts, I was about to give up finding a good formal dress that fits my negative summer bod. Then I heard about Original Dresses from the raving reviews and also Reddit so I came over with hope in my heart and desperation in my face. Alejandra was the superstar that took my case by hand and within 3 min started to pull out dresses off the rack and at first I was skeptical- they looked super flat bellies and I worried my lack of certain assets would make a bad look. But literally all of them were bomb awesome and I had to struggle between colors. I also never knew I could look good in a green dress or that I actually enjoy low chest cute but you learn something new everyday. The price was very good and exactly on budget for me (~$150 for a full floor length formal is no joke). thank you Original Dresses!!! Anyone in San Diego from size XS to 5XL, fear no more, they are legit experts here with tailoring services in house and you will look awesome....
