What a joke went in to use my 30% off gift card that should of been in my account because I came during the mother day special but it wasn’t there then I was inform oh u had to bring someone with u to get that when no where on the add did it say I had to bring someone with me to redeem the card. And this is the only nail place I’ve been too that doesn’t cut the dry skin off around the toes I was informed that nobody at this salon does that but Lily and she no longer works that. And the owner didn’t bother to care at all she was simply rude and didn’t want to be bother. To be an owner u should care about your costumer.

This review is solely on today visit how the nail tech didn’t listen to me how I voice my concerns about getting the dry skin out of the side of nails and when I ask the owner if there was another tech that would get the dead skin out she said no that only Lilly did that and she no longer working there. Which is strange when I started coming here I ask and was told there was a few ladies that work there that would do that now saying there none, so what your implying is all those ladies done quit working for you. I took my mama here for her 45th birthday and let me just say we both left feeling so pampered, pretty and relaxed! It is hard for me to feel relaxed after spending so much money on myself, let alone two people, at these kinds of places. However, Bellagio had AMAZING PRICES!! 45$ for a deluxe pedicure and 12$ for an eyebrow waxing each, with a COMPLIMENTARY mimosa btw! The whole place is beautiful, sleek, and clean. It looks like a spa is Vegas with the chandeliers and marble flooring and gold features. Even the mimosas were actual glass flutes instead of plastic to give that fancy feeling. Kathy and Ava both did our pedicures and they were so gentle yet firm that it made me feel even more relaxed. My mom and I love the way they did our toes and couldn't thank them enough! An did our eyebrows (which haven't been done in years lmao), did a spectacular job making us feel human again! Alice is the owner and is a GIRL BOSS! She was helping clients on the phone, taking them to their seats, and even did a manicure while she still hustled. She was very sweet and even offers military discount.

I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly a year because I truly value great service and relationships. But I have to be honest — the last five times I’ve scheduled an appointment, I’ve received a phone call asking to change the time because Vikky was running behind or she had an emergency at home etc I’ve always adjusted, trying to be understanding.

Today, I came in early for a pedicure and nail appointment I had scheduled. After finishing my pedicure, I was told by the same guy that called me to push my appt back, that she wouldn’t be doing my nails because she didn’t feel comfortable being rushed — even though I was on time and she was actually starting on her 5:00 appointment who was late and therefore wanted me to reschedule instead of having it rescheduled like they planned.
