We were politely greeted at the door. We were given menus and educated on the selections. Even changes and upcharges. All of the staff were polite and accommodating. The took our orders quickly and accurately. We were part of the grand opening VIP event so we got all of our meals comped. We are a 4 person household. My wife, me, our son and daughter. The General Manager Shane Hart constantly checked on us and the quality of our food and experience. The food arrived in a timely manner. Brought to our table. The restrooms were impeccably clean and tidy. There were three to choose from. One women's, one men's and one unisex. They were all singles with door locks. This is great for safety and privacy for us and our precious cargo (children). When we were ready to leave there were plenty of to go boxes available to grab yourself. This new pizza place in Cibolo just opened and it’s amazing guys. The pizza is amazing, we got the Big Don and Big buffalo. It’s a Chicago tavern style pizza so square cut, not thin crust but not thick either, in between. The portions are really good. You can build your own pizza with up to 10 topping for no extra charge. They are running a special right now get one large regular price$20 and a second one for $10 so $30 for two large speciality pizzas or build your own. The atmosphere is awesome with an outside area for the kiddos. My daughter loved that. The flavors are great. You will not be disappointed in this place. We accidentally stumbled into Crust's grand opening... we were thoroughly impressed with how their team handled the whirl of the crowds. Everyone was having a great time! We ordered the boneless chicken wings with the sweet chili sauce and a margarita pizza. The wings were sweet (as advertised) with a hint of heat... great flavor. The margarita pizza was thin crust (again, as advertised), the sauce was flavorful and not too sweet (I like a bit of spice). The crust was garlic forward, and after chatting with the owner, Jay, he explained they do a light garlic-butter brushing of the crust... yummo if garlic is your thing.
