I’ve had the opportunity to see this establishment grow in our area and flourish in a positive manner for the community. Don’t believe what people say till you really stop in for yourself, as these are hard working individuals that show up every day to put a smile on our families faces. Each individual that comes into the store is treated with the utmost care and respect and your order is handled with so much love that I can never find a reason to go elsewhere but here for my sweet cravings.

As for the employees, they tend to any craving you might desire but at times they do get busy but are always reassuring once they are able to get to you, they make sure you are taken care of. I’ve only seen the employees use proper prepping and cleaning procedures when someone is working in the kitchen and with my previous food experience can say I’ve never had one bad ick after leaving the store.

Absolutely terrible experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. I came in for a simple ice cream scoop and a torta and somehow that was too much for the staff to handle. The employees were completely disorganized, and acted like serving a sandwich was a massive inconvenience, saying that they couldn’t turn on the grill to make the tortas. It’s not the only time they have refused to make a tortas for me, there have been other times they refused because they just simply don’t want to make them and go through the struggle of making them or cleaning up the grill after use. I waited nearly 20 minutes for what turned out to be a sad excuse for why they couldn’t turn on the grill. Meanwhile, the staff stood around and doing nothing ignoring customers, when she could’ve used that time to turn on the grill and make the sandwiches. This place is a joke. Dirty counters, sticky floors, and customer service so bad it felt like a prank....

If i could give this place 0 starts I would. I’ve been coming here for a year and always have this one super nice lady that always does my order right. However the one time I come there is 2 ladies that have no ideas what there doing. When i went to order a torta and a soup prepared she looked at me like she didn’t even know what it was. and clearly having an attitude about the way I asked for it. They are rude and have a disgusting attitude. I genuinely don’t recommend coming here at all. If your going to work in a field like this at least know what your doing instead of acting like a disrespectful...
