I engaged Joel’s powerbase company to install an upgrade on my Sterio system fora brand new 2024 Chevy Malibu I was given several estimates for various units and ultimately decided on a package for the cost of $1100. I was informed by Joel that the installation would consume approximately four hour period of time and at that sound system would be greatly improved and completed within a four hour period of time. The owner of the shop is short staffed. One employee performed the entire systems upgrade and consume approximately a nine hour period of time before my car was ultimately returned to me, and the Soundsystem quality was generic. I was very disappointed at the ordeal I was forced to endure in order to execute this so-called speaker/amp upgrade. The quality was deplorable and every single person that has driven in my car has indicated that not only is the sound quality poor, but that I was robbed. after my experience with Joel powerbase I wouldn’t recommend that anyone do business...

From the very beginning, he took the time to really understand what I needed and wanted—not just rushing through like other places. He did the research, made thoughtful recommendations, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
