My mother, sister in law and I went in today to do the “forever linked”. We each picked out our chains and sat down to start. My SIL got a bracelet and I got an anklet. We got the same type of chain. My mother wanted the same style chain, but different metal. She sat down to get her anklet and was informed at that point, they didn’t have enough chain to do it. So, she said she would change to the same metal chain as SIL and myself. No big deal. They ended up not having enough of that chain left in stock either. All in all, it was a fun experience, but it was a Christmas gift from my mom for all of us to get done together. So I’m kind of disappointed we weren’t notified of the lack of stock when we chose the chains, as we all wanted the same and could’ve possibly chosen something that had more than enough to fit us all. They said it will be two weeks for it to be re stocked but now she has to go alone to get hers :( not at all what we wanted to happen. Hopefully in the future they are able to notify customers of low stock...
