I was not able to shop in store due to current events, but I recently placed an order online. Even though I ordered online, a more "faceless" transaction, I still received excellent customer service. After placing my order, I received an e-mail from the owner thanking me for my order and telling me to reach out to him if I had any questions or concerns. This really stood out to me, you rarely hear from a store personally when ordering online unless there is an issue. Kudos to Doug for making sure his customers know their business is appreciated. My order shipped and arrived very quickly. I love my new shirt! Rivertown printed my piece on a high quality Comfort Colors tee, which in my experience have resisted fading and stretching that cheaper tee shirts experience with wash and wear.
