Came from out of town looking to purchase an area rug. I walked into Elite and was greeted with nothing but smiles. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but I knew i wanted a rug that was different and colorful. I was so undecided and wanted to see other options so Joseph brought out area rugs from his new inventory and began to open them up until I found something I liked. He didn’t push me into buying something I didn’t want and he gave me the time I needed to make my selection. He wanted to know what I was interested in and found something that complimented my style! Joseph has great deals and customer service. I really think people should stop by this store and price compare before buying else where. This place is honest and really tries to help you find what you need. VERY transparent about the financing process. Store is very nice as well. I got same day delivery and I even got a special order for a Nightstand. He said it would take a week. I got it within a week! Oh delivery service was top tier. My furniture didn't really fit through the door. They took my windows out! Got my furniture in effortlessly. Put my window back perfectly and we're very polite and professional. I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by one of their workers. I explained to him I was looking for a sectional and wanted a nice steardy one, he showed me his inventory I picked out a nice sectional for a reasonable price they also offer financing. I was quoted 10 days for delivery. However 4 days later I have my couch they came early and even set it up.
