I always order from drive-through , but today I had a situation. I waited for two minutes and no one answered. I said hello, hello. No one answered. At three minutes, she said, wait a minute. I waited and she didn't take my order, so I went to the window, waited a minute, and opened the window. She didn't say hello to me or anything. She was very rude to me. She raised her voice and said, "Why do you say hello three times?" I said because no one answers. She said I can see you but wait as there is no one in front of me or behind me. I was the only one. It's totally hit or miss here - some of the crew is really nice, and some of them seem to hate their job. The drinks are also a 50/50 shot of actually including the advertised flavors. Sometimes I get my Cold Brew and it has none of the flavors, and other times it's totally fine. The bagels have been consistently good, though, that I will say.
