We've all asked or wanted to ask, why does it have to be (look) like this? Neighborhoods do not have to go 'down'. I repeat, Neighborhoods do not have to become desolate-eye sores. They do not have to be places that lack convenience, lack opportunity, or lack appealing aesthetics. If anyone allows the property where they live to look like this Plaza Now looks, they would be cited and fined. In short, they would be held accountable. There would be someone that would let them (owners) know that this is unacceptable. In Hyde Park and other areas similar to them, it doesn't go down like this. What you have at Hillcrest square is a shopping center that has retail shops of some kind (so money is being made), a parking lot riddle with pot holes the size of mini ponds. The overall feeling is one that is unsafe. The current state of Hillcrest square is unacceptable on a very large scale. This is City Council's hangup: Areas, which there are many, like this is proof of the lack of efficiency, manpower, and willingness to revitalize Urban Areas like Roselawn and Bondhill and allow the current residents to remain there. All the revitalization in the city is beautiful. However, to be a city that people will observe and experience with Awe, city developers- city council would have to be willing to Include All Neighborhoods. City Council /City Developers /City Management would have to create these Utopias, Escapes, Visually Appealing, Satisfyingly Convenient Areas/ Neighborhoods that can be utilized by Every Demographic in order for this beautification to be worth applauding. The gentrification that has been running rampant for over a decade now has proven to be Ostracizing, to say the least. The Hillcrest square is a true depiction of Cincinnati, Ohio. I encourage out of towners to ride through and visit. Take pictures, doing so will bring light to whose shoulders the real shame should be resting-the owners of the plaza, city council. The owners are probably situated somewhere overseas, kind of like the owners of the tri-county mall. It's a shame that the owners have No regard for their property. It's a shame that city council allows their 'city' to be a catchall, to be treated with this low level of consideration. If you live in this area, of course you shop here. It's conveniently located. It's on the bus line, but it's no Area or Shopping Centre to be celebrated, but...
Read moreEverything I have bought at this Roses didn't work, fell apart, unravelled, or broke in half upon use. I am not exaggerating. I never shop here now, but I did try them out a few times. The staff is just ignorant. Once they have your money, they're NOT giving it back, so check everything before you pay, including expiration dates on food products. The last thing I bought there was a tablet on sale for like $90. It didn't work. They would not take it back because the 1-page instructions sheet was missing. I came back a few days later complete with instructions. They had put up signs saying they weren't taking them back, with a 1 800 number to call the manufacturer. I was done. This is the only 1 star review I've done so far. I can generally find enough positive points to get up to 3, but not here. I mean no redeeming values. I'm just glad to have this opportunity to...

The man seem to cover much ground as I searched for him in many directions in the area in which I saw him go in.
