Depending on what area you live in, the lower neighborhood stores get expired to almost expired foods. They are way over priced. People think they are getting good deals, but in reality you're not. Meats are bad and very thin cut your better off going to Kroger or Walmart and get bigger portions for the same price or under. The fruits and vegetables are old and not fresh at all you will save more money and get fresh fruits and vegetables anywhere else. You're better off going to an upper class neighborhood with a save a lot near buy to get better quality food. It's sad cause urban neighborhoods get shafted and lied to. When I move to Cincinnati I live in a community where Save-A-Lot was I had a heard different residents saying that tte meats were really great. Suffice to say she was happy that prices were cheaper than Krogers and I introduced her to the Pick 5 for $19.99!!! I got gorgeous neck bones, pork chops, 2steaks and 12 Tyson chicken legs. $19.99!!!
