✨💕l personally LOVE several them a WHOLE lot!!! Perhaps a smidge too much, 😅😇👀But anyway , I have spent LITTERALLY countless hours & As Welles equally countless ✨👀🏧- uhhumm, ‘🤫💲💲💲Pieces of greenish Paper with asst Dead Presents on the Fronts⁉️💲💲💲😅 👼 (Shhh!!!- it’s all too much for my little ol wallet to handle, so I’ve been trying to shield the poor thing from the truth of it all....🌹😇🙈🙉🙊🌈)

To list a few of my personal favorites as examples of the fun that can be found here: There’s a Tuesday Morning & Bargin Hunt, both close out discount stores. But Until I found these jems, I had no clue how varied a single type of retailer, with comparable price points, stock, and demographics, aka Close Out Dept Stores possible. It would be comparable to going from Sach’s Fifth Avenue to Target, probably l closer to K-mart, really-BUT only the ambiance & general flor plan change though. UBER weird but Uber cool too- and these 2 aren’t far enough to change parking spots!...Epic! There is also Pool supply store(Just pool stuff , no more no less-AND open if not year round- damn near year) Riddle me that, Batman???? Then a pet store, that sells actual pets as well as their expensive & endless accoutrements, a sub shop, a Chinese Restaurant, A Fed-ex shop- that’s a actual thing, Shoe Carnival, A Game Stop, a Factory Card Outlet, also a thing, Best Buy, not 1 but 2!! 2 almost always deserted mattress stores, a store that seems to sell? Loans somehow, without the oft conjoined Banking dealings- So there’s that- a loan store, a few rando Medical offices, and last on this list but definitely not lest in epic unique-ness.....drumroll please........... a furniture, home items, lighting, artwork, , leisure supplies, including a small, but ever changing selection of limited time clothing, shoes, formal attire, and very limited run medical/Baby/pet items, Bedding, Shelving, and much much more!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️In this store nearly all ources are up for discussion- usually about 30-40 ish percent off already deeply discounted listed pricing, and a good amount of the inventory comes with a 3 year Label Discount, and all items requiring assembly- that also had been completed without any associated.

It’s Easy to get to, tons of surplus parking throughout the plaza. Its never too crowded...

The ungodly amount of trash in the parking lot especially around GameStop and DollarTree is, well let's just say, I would be embarrassed if it was my property. Do you have routine lot sweep? Perhaps maybe you can invest in those heavy trash cans you can put a few out the ones you bolt down. I know trash gathers there too but at least half of it would make it in it You just have to make sure you have someone that empties it. 🙄🤦🏼 Also, why so many empty spaces? And where did Dicks go? It's a great spot with amazing parking space in a lot is somewhat decent only one major pothole and that's pulling into the front of the lot from the back at Cancun. I think I lost my whole back end in the one of two. Can we get that filled? That'd be nothing but a patch. Maybe you should offer lower rent. Competitively lower rent is better than no more rent.😉 Burlington is populating the front now that Dicks bailed, but the backside with all the space, is as a ghost town. Offer commission off first year's rent, and reimburse for their build out, you might get a few...

It has mass people lingering outside asking for money and smoking and having like a powwow. I thought it was a rehab I go to a clinic and u will not see people outside unless they r new or a counselor session or they have.something to do for recovery no one is allowed to smoke on property abd if they get caught asking for money they will have to go to classes for finances. My clinic has its flaws but most part its pretty easy going and i dont have to worry about my car getting broke into. This Glenway crossing don't have a security guard people are always fighting they are even getting rid of people that want help that have medicare for people that have Medicaid and that is messed up addicts need help and that is not...
