But there is a huge problem the chicken was not cooked all the way I bought two bowls with double chicken and my girlfriend's chicken was not done all the way. My rice was so clumped together my rice on top of my brownish greenish wilted lettuce was basically like a mush of a ball🤦♀️ Who is absolutely disgusting tonight.
I spent $26 on something that I literally took about four or five bites out of and threw both bowls in the trash..
Last night my son and his girlfriend went to the same Chipotle and had the same experience I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this Chipotle but y'all need to get your food together... Because I've been sitting on the toilet for the last 4 hours that I ate the five or six bites.. And I feel absolutely nauseous..
Like I said the staff was absolutely amazing very professional well spoken polite staff the store looked clean..
But the food is absolutely trash.
And this is coming from a person who eats Chipotle at least five times a month this is the first time in about a year that I've went to this location I usually go to a little ways up on glenway I usually go to that location...

As I was leaving in my car, a customer was sent out to tell me my food wasn't paid for even though I had paid and was told I was good leave by the cashier. I found this odd but wanted to make sure everything was okay, so I reparked and came back in then was told I didn't pay. I mentioned I had receipt in the car with my food but the lady who had checked me out not even a minute ago said I didn't pay even though she gave me the okay the first time. So I paid again just encase something had went weird with the transaction to only be told I didn't have money to pay. I checked my bank right there and saw how the purchase for the first time went through successfully and was then charged again. I attempted to explain to her and even showed her my bank account transaction to prove to her I did in fact pay but she kept insisting I was lying. It was super embarrassing to be called a liar in front of a crowd store! A nice gentleman has stepped up and paid the rest off so I could leave but it was still incredibly embarrassing and humiliating!! I travel frequently for work and often eat at Chipotle across the country, but this location was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The food station was absolutely filthy — spilled food everywhere, cross-contamination between ingredients, and no sense of hygiene or care.
The staff was unprofessional and inattentive. One employee was on their phone while working, and another was literally chewing food while serving customers. Completely unacceptable.
Portions were wildly inconsistent. I witnessed the person in front of me (who happened to share the same ethnic background as the staff) receive an overflowing bowl without even asking for more. Meanwhile, my serving was noticeably smaller, as if I was getting the bottom-of-the-barrel scraps. It honestly felt like there was some sort of social or ethnic favoritism happening, and that is not only unfair — it’s disturbing.
Overall, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This experience was not just disappointing, it was borderline discriminatory. I expect better from a brand...
