We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the facility. It’s new, so everything is still in excellent condition. Everything including the bathrooms was very clean and there was hand sanitizing stations which was nice. There is so much to see and do that the kids were almost frozen, not knowing what to do at first. Love that everything is included. Definitely purchase more time than you think you’d spend because The kids won’t want to leave. The staff was accommodating because our group arrived a bit late and we purchased tickets ahead of time - shout out to Thomas for helping. Would suggest to not book a reservation ahead of time because otherwise, if you are running late, you could get stuck without your full jump time verse just getting your time set when you arrive and purchase on site. Again, they worked with us but just a suggestion.
The ONLY concern with this entire facility is the huge red slide on the left side of the playground. At first we thought it was a ninja warrior run up wall, but it’s a slide. Not only is it the only thing in the entire place that’s not padded, it’s also the steepest slide in the place. It’s not monitored by staff and should a toddler step off by accident or jump, because they don’t understand the consequences, they’d be majorly hurt. I’m actually really surprised it’s allowed and not monitored by staff because it’s that dangerous. Someone in our group noted after we left, the fire department came and walked over that way. I was not there so cannot confirm if it was because of an injury on this slide, but that would be my guess.
App in all, amazing and we’ll be back…just...
Read moreNova was highly recommended for a new trampoline park as we have been to many of them already, so we drove 55 minutes to get there and it was a great experience. There were numerous activities for the children to enjoy, and the staff was exceptional. The young lady who rang us up on 5/29 at 12:15 pm was exceptionally friendly, making our experience even more pleasant. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all the fun activities Nova offered. However, the reason it did not receive 5 stars is that younger children are charged the same amount as older children, despite some activities being inaccessible to them. It would be reasonable to offer free admission for children under 3. Furthermore, the prices of Icee and ice cream were excessively high, with $5 for one Icee being unreasonable and $4 for an ice cream bar being comparable to the price of a whole box at a store. I was relieved that the children did not make a scene when I suggested we go to Speedway or Thorntons instead, where the prices are more...
Read moreI brought three kids and one was a 18 month old. She would not keep socks on. The young staff member that walked around kept harassing us about my baby not keeping on socks. There were also several other Caucasian children without socks in the toddler area. She said nothing to them. After her third time coming to me. She then went to get a security office ( a teenager) and additional staff members all teenagers. I never got disrespectful I simple said she’s a baby and I spent 104.00 for three kids to jump. And I’m not leaving because a baby won’t keep on socks. It’s a bunch of kids working there and they do know how to handle any issues.or anything about customer service. they definitely only have issues with African Americans . I sat and watched her approach several African American about their kids time stickers . Other than the staff, this is a great place for the kids and to the west side community. It’s a shame we were treated this way. They definitely need to train...
