Updated review: the parking lot is awful. Over by Kroger you could lose your SUV in a pothole, often handicap spots are in use by "I'll only be a minute" shoppers without proper tags. There is a Kroger fuel, a Kroger, a Walmart, a clothing store in this little square. The Kroger is minimally stocked, the Walmart is oddly stocked, and I've not visited the clothing store because I've no need. The Kroger off Werk has better meat, produce and prices. Last time I was in this Kroger, there was almost no selection in produce. Almost any Walmart has better stock. Not being able to buy a men's tank top at Walmart in summer is weird. For a quick trip on a known item, great places to run in and out, but if you really need it, and only want to stop once, maybe think again.
Edit: this review is for Walmart in the square. Oops. Usually enough checkout lanes. Store is stocked "spotty"... Some areas fully stocked, others are bare shelves. I was surprised I couldn't buy a pair of men's sweatpants. Prices on clothing and accessories here are slightly higher, and much more limited, than at neighboring Walmart stores. Impossible to get employee assistance (except for once, then I had a heck of a time getting out of the conversation and back to...
Read moreThe oarking lot is set up weird. The spots are slanted in different directions. The parking lot has much debris. I had witnessed 2 people arrested during this visit, one on my way into the store and one on my way out. When I made it back to my vehicle, with my purchases I encountered a large man holding a conversation with another man while leaned on and over thr bed of my truck. When I politely asked them to move they looked at me like I was crazy. So I went to the other side of my vehicle. I put my purchases in the vehicle and proceeded to start the engine. The guy did not budge, so I put the vehicle in gear. Still he did not budge, so I applied the gas to back up. The man then beat on my truck bed and yelled profanities at me. I did not feel safe from start to finish...
Read moreI so enjoy shopping at Walmart for many, many years, until the Ferguson Rd location became a zoo to shop at. Customer service reps are so rude. Your treated as if you stole something even if you have your receipt showing you purchased whatever. The point I'm trying to make is that the customer isn't right, nor treated with any respect. Well not every person at serivce counter is that way okay I give credit where it's due! But, the customer should not feel like that from your shopping experience in all aspects. After all who keeps the big man with his pockets full, and the bank account looking pretty good too!!! We do,and I just now do not go back to that particular location unless I have to. Thank you for reading this and allowing me to express my...
