I recently had the worst encounter here of my life. This was not my first visit; more like my 5th or 6th. I usually get gel polish. However the last person before this time really messed my nails up. They were so bad that this time that I was forced to get artificial nails to extend the length. I had never had my nails done by Ann before. First of all she cut my real nail down so short that one of them began to bleed. She said opps, but did not apologize. To make a very long story short, she did a sloppy job with my polish and the nails were totally uneven in length. I was hesitant to ask her to polish the sides of my nails in which she had failed to do. She sent me over to the dryer station. I showed my nails to another customer and she was so out done that she begged me to say something to her. When I did she mumbled something and walked right away. She did come back and hurriedly polished the sides. Because I did not want to sign my receipt until after my nails were done; simply because I wasn't sure how they turn out and what percent of a tip she deserved I told her I'd hang on to it. She snatched it out of my hands. Began to to talk in a high pitched voice in Viennese or whatever. The worst experience I think of my life. I was not only embarrassed but also humiliated. My first experience was on July 4, 2020. I went in for a fill in, the wait was long which was understandable considering that it was a Holiday. I waited over 2 1/2hrs. At which point a group of 5-8 ladies came in and all priority was shifted from clients that were waiting to their group. I asked prior do they do appointments and the answer was no, but clearly they do. Make a long story short, I returned on several occasions for fill ins and repairs as needed. My last visit was one repair, at which point afterward I noticed my nail was turning colors, it was not lifting and I do not work with water. At first I thought maybe some paint was transferred, but my nails were clear, clearly that was not the case! I removed the nail only to discover Gangrene! So I began to eye ball my other nails since they were not colored and found the same on another nail. They were not lifting. I called to inform them of this, and was told water may cause it if the nail is lifting and told I would need to pay to have the others removed and to soak the nails in Peroxide. I've had many problems with this nail salon. I wouldn't recommend anyibe here. I have been coming her for about 2 months and its always a problem. Once i had a kid not certified polish my nails because they where to busy to finish. Then 2 weeks later the younger lady grinds my damn nails way to much. Not even a week after i had to get them takeb iff cyz i was in to much pain. Come to find out she grinded through my nail. When i went vack and questioned ger she tried to tell me she didnt do it like i dont know who done my nails. She never apologized jyst denied and continued to talk in whatever language She speaks. I will never go here and wouldnt recommend you to use the young girl. She is careless and unprofessional. If the option was no stars this place should win first place. Waste if money because twice i had to go get designs fixed because they ignored it. I repeat don't use that damn lady.
