I am aware how your website works. I checked it before heading to your store. Even now 4 hours later your website still shows the item in stock when it is not. Your employee noted that the assistant manager had taken the inventory of that item with him to a show and the website didn’t not reflect that decrease in inventory. If only websites were easy to adjust in real time???. Once again they rudely noted that the phones work fine. Not that it matters but I was there to spend over 1,000$. I will never shop in person or online at your store.

Make sure you call before using the website to verify they have inventory. I drove over an hour to buy a product the website said they had. On top of that the employee rudely stated well the phones do work. Will never buy...

The only customer in the store went straight over picked out everything I wanted with no help to make life easy on them because I have probably bought 20 radios from them in the past. This is the first time they ever just left me standing there helped three customers in front of me with Out ever asking me if I need anything I was simply waiting to get ran up after three customers leave and I’m still standing there. They all walked. after I left, I phoned the store to let them know that I wanted my merchandise. I just had to leave because of a timeframe when I explain to him why I left he could care less. I’m not sure what happened to their customer service. Maybe it was left in 2024 hopefully...
Read moreThey do not warranty any of their product even if it's under 30 days i just recently bought a antenna 10 days ago and it snapped clean off with 25 mile an hour wind they told me they wouldn't help me I have to go through manufacturer it's just a $45 antenna like I want to wait a month to get my antenna from manufacturer lol they are selling faulty antennas or just plain cheap product no idea but I do know it's a waste of money I definitely wouldn't go back this is actually the second time they told me to go to manufacturer i had a microphone that stop working after a few months and same thing no help i shouldn't have gave them another chance i'll take my Business...
