First there was a lot of things wrong about this hotel, first one was the room it was very dirty - Outdated shower - Dirty old refrigerator - Alarm clock can’t charge my phone - Only 2 pillows (forget the comforter of this hotel it will freeze you) - Parking lot has a carpet in the handicap stall for days which is never removed - Felt unsafe (there was a man in the elevator, pretending to be security and the elevator is a easy access to rob someone’s hotel room) - Bathroom is not equipped for Hanicap, my grandma is having a hard time going to the toilet because she needed to squat for a it’s a vintage toilet - They said it was renovated but the room we were on was old and dirty (still renovating till this day) - Door on the wall with a chair assuming a block so you don’t go to the other side - 24 hour drinks is not available 24 hours, we were expecting to drink each but was disappointed -Coffee maker is in the bathroom so it was weird to see the housekeeping shoved the condiments - Breakfast was sad, the sausage was burnt and there was no solid knife to cut the sausage. Don’t come here if you have taste or you have difficulty eating. -The hotel card doesn’t work, it goes off after you leave for example you went to seaside and come back at night to realize you needed to go down and tell the staff, but also the problem is the lady remembered all of us but keeps asking for ID which was weird for more identification. We just talk to her, but she still persisted that we are strangers at the hotel. Even if the price was so cheap, I don’t think it’s worth it because you have to pay deposit also so it wasn’t cheap. If I had to change one thing, it’ll probably go to another hotel to stay, even if it’s a little more expensive hotel. - it’s close by to the highway, pictures on the website is deceiving.

Stayed 2 nights here and it was great the staff were awesome very helpful they have great customer service 3 out of 4 the staff members helped make our stay great an elder lady that worked the breakfast was nice and we had a great conversation very friendly they have a nice black guy that is the check in man I forgot his name but he works mornings he was awesome and a lady for the evening shift named Anna helped book my stay that’s the only reason we remember her name but she was awesome and very accommodating and the only staff issue we had was a small brief conversation with a heavy set white male that works the overnight/ early morning shift he had a little bit of an attitude and was rude but we will not hold one persons attitude against the entirety of the staff just trying to be transparent with the review but overall everything was great they price matched my room with the lowest rate I found online and they had complimentary breakfast from 6am-9am didn’t have any issues with bugs, the room had a microwave, and a mini fridge. I’m not sure if every room has that but im greatfull my room had it they had Wi-Fi which helped keep the kids busy on electronics. The location is a little rough because it’s a lot of traffic from in-n-out and chick-fil-a being directly next to it but it made it easy to get food for dinner with out having to do any crazy expensive food delivery service. The hotels them selves are really quiet during the night so it was easy to get sleep. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it’s just the location is a little chaotic with a lot of traffic.

Ok, here's what I saw. My Def boyfriend and I got a Handicap (handy-capable) room. That clearly hasn't been mopped in a while. There's no screens on the windows. The fan doesn't work in the bathroom. There's stuff mark's on the flood between the beds. There's cobwebs in a few corners of the room. Paint droplets in doorway to bathroom and in the middle of the room. Flaking stucco above the first bed. Paint chipping in the shower area. I called about the TV within the first hour I was there and they still have yet come to fix it and we just finished the second night here. Breakfast was good. Never found the laundry room. The complimentary breakfast is probably a 61/2 outta 10. Little crowded but it's from 6am to 9am. Only one person at the desk at night. OH! And let's not forget that they changed their policy about what Cards they'll take... I emailed them to ask a question about what ones they take and no response. .. Plus I asked for more of the coffee pods. They also neglected to clean that and left a nasty pod in the coffee maker.. also another round of clean towels . Never happened. For nearly 100 a night I expect a lil more effort..

Made reservation for the suite we normally reserve when traveling to Sacramento. We have 3 young boys and baby so needed the suite with a separating door, king or queen bed, pull out couch, spacious. Felt so excited when I was told by 2 different staff the room was available. I reserved the room and even called the day of our arrival to confirm reservation. After a long drive, we checked in only to be told our reserved room was unavailable due to maintenance!?!?!? I questioned staff why didn't they call to notify us?! Staff acted nice and tried offered a free room with 2 full beds with fridge/microwave to accommodate. How the heck were our 3 boys going yo fit on full bed? And my baby would be sleeping on the floor as no room for hubby and I and baby in a full bed!!We had been regular guests all of 2018 before Wyndham Corp took over. Much nicer then. It's appalling to read many recent reviews and learn others had made reservations for the suite they were told was available only to have to settle for different room . This has happened to an alarming number of guests if u read through these reviews. Something is really not right with this Laquinta . Though staff is nice and helpful, the service sucked.VERY uncomfortable beds in the alternative room we were moved to...concrete might've been more comfortable. Threw my neck/back out! Our TV would not go above volume 25 and was impossible for us to hear good. Very little space in room. Our a/c did not work and when I called front desk was told they didn't know if maintenance was available or not. They offered to move us to another room which had no fridge which was absolutely needed due to formula for baby.I finally figured out how to fix a/c by taking big huge panel off and messing around with wires. As a guest, I shouldn't have to do this at all!! After reading multiple reviews, my family and I should be grateful there were no bedbugs or fleas in our room and that our toilet flushed. Both pool and jacuzzi were closed which is big reason our kids loved this place. Ask if it's available before booking a room or staying in this motel .If u r traveling alone, with a dog, or homeless, you may fit in well.here. But a family should definitely look elsewhere. We will most definitely be staying different be place...

I am still trying to understand where things went so far wrong when visiting the La Quinta on Madison Ave. The front desk staff, Tasha, was extremely rude and immature over the phone when I called to extended my reservation. I don’t know why she was so upset with me when the issue at hand was not my fault, but she was. I thought our differences ended there but they did not. When checking out on our final day I asked for her name so I could file a complaint and her way of retaliating against me for doing so was to have my vehicle towed with all of mine, my 2 year old daughters and husband’s belongings inside. We had left our vehicle in their parking lot after check out (mind you we were there well over a week) so me and my family could go immediately next door to have lunch. By the time we returned no more than 45 mins later, our car was gone. When I went inside to see what was going on what did I find but Tasha and the security all buddied up side by side smiling with such delight in what they had done. So, we ordered an Uber (which was $40) to ride to the tow yard. While waiting for the Uber to arrive, We were forced to wait outside in the 109 degree heat. Not too long after we stepped outside we’re we approached by security telling us that we needed to leave the property immediately because we were no longer welcome there. They said we had already been warned, which we had not, so now we have to take my daughter and walk all the way back to inn and out in the crazy heat to wait there. We didn’t have a single diaper or bottle or sippy cup or any sunscreen NOTHING for my little girl as we waited for our ride. When we got to the tow yard we had to pay $400 to get our vehicle out of tow which was nearly every last dollar we had at the time leaving us completely broke. I cannot believe this happened, I cannot even imagine the kind of hatred one would need to have in order to do such an ugly thing to a family who had just spend nearly $1,000 at their establishment. It was very ugly and very unnecessary and completely unacceptable. I hope she loses her job over this incident because who knows when she will decided to do the same thing to another family all because they have asked for her name!! I am disgusted with the behavior of Tasha and her daughter and hope they get what...

My recent stay at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North was profoundly disappointing. The service was subpar from the moment I checked in. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, rendering the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged.

The condition of the room was abysmal. It was dirty, with visible dust and grime on surfaces, and stains on the bedspread. The floorboards were filthy, and the bathroom emitted a foul odor. The exhaust fan was non-functional, exacerbating the unpleasant smell. Moreover, there were no basic amenities such as hand soap, shampoo, or other essential toiletries provided. The overall quality of the room was exceedingly low, far below any reasonable expectation for the price. The construction of the hotel appeared haphazard and cost-cutting was evident at every turn.

While I understand that this is a budget-friendly option, I have stayed at other La Quinta Inns at comparable prices and experienced significantly better service and quality. This leads me to believe that the fundamental issue here lies with the ownership and management of this particular location.

Compounding the negative experience, I witnessed a disturbing interaction at the front desk. A customer was informed that they would need to wait an additional 30 minutes for their room to be ready. When the customer expressed their frustration, the receptionist bluntly stated that if they had any complaints, the manager would not assist them but would rather have them removed from the premises, stating, "We have a lot of reservations, so it doesn’t matter."

Additionally, I was double-charged for the same room. Despite contacting the staff and being assured that they would process my refund and send a confirmation email, I never received any such communication. Fortunately, I have initiated a fraud dispute with my bank, Goldman Sachs, to resolve this issue.

In summary, I would strongly advise against staying at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North. The substandard service, poor room conditions, and unprofessional management make it a regrettable choice. Save your money and seek accommodation elsewhere for a more pleasant and...
