I go to this location often and my wife goes there all the time. ( All the staff is friendly so no problem with them. Also food is good at this location.) We ordered some food and along with it I ordered a Cobb salad and a large macaroni and cheese. By the time I got home I realized that my Cobb salad did not have egg on it. No one told me anything about that and I did not see a sign about it. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF THIS STORE. I had to jump through a lot of hoops through the automated system only for someone else at chick filet out of state to tell me that there is an egg shortage. They took down my email and said they would contact the store. Well after 3 days I get a voicemail from another person from chick filet out of state to tell me the exact same thing.( I tried calling back but goes to voicemail, hate that I cant speak to someone at the store if there is a problem, I have to wait 3 freaking days to get an answer from someone not at that store?) If I would have known then I wouldn't have got the salad because the egg is what makes a Cobb salad. Also I paid full price and got shorted an item. And it's not about the money as I can eat here every day 10 times A-day if I want to, but that's not the point. I just hate that it was made to seem like it was my fault that I didn't know that there was an egg shortage. The store must remember that they have people who take your orders outside when it's busy so there was no way we even looked at the menu given that we knew what we already wanted and ordered through the outside cashier. I like the store and the staff they just dropped the ball...
Read moreClearly the food was great, never had an issue before. So far I've only had amazing customer serve at this location as well. This is more an issue with new policy. but in the drive thru, I asked for 8 sauces, and that I'll pay for them. She smiled but I don't think she put them on the order. Might have been a miscommunication and she thought I was kidding. (My friend in the car laughed when I said it) so I see how that could happen. I had two sandwiches, two fries, and chicken strips, but received 2 chickfila sauces when I got to the window. so I asked for more and she grabbed me two more. So when she handed them to me, I told her I might need more, and that I asked for 8, I could tell that she was worried or hesitant to tell them inside that I need more, and she came back with another two (bringing me to 6 total) and said that they aren't supposed to give more away anymore, or that they have to cut back, I can't remember her exact words. And in my honest opinion, it takes 3 sauces total to eat a spicy deluxe meal. 1.5 for fries, & 1.5 for the sandwich. Please don't cut back on us, cause 2 per entire order is way too little. I know people abuse it, but three per sandwich meal should be the cut off limit. And if it's to push the sales of the bottles, I wasn't going to be near a refrigerator afterwards. so I really did just need the...
Read moreWe decided to get Chick-Fil-A on our way home from Roseville. We live about 15 minutes away from this location. The drive thru line went fairly quickly, the employee who assisted us was great. Once we got to the window to pick up the food there was a wait. The gentleman that was handling the food told us it would be out in a few minutes and then continued his conversation with the employee inside of the window. He then told me to move up to the stop sign and he will bring the food. About three to four minutes later he brought the drinks and right after brought the food. I asked him if everything was in the bag and he simply said yes. Since I ordered for a family of 7, I did not check the bags because I would’ve held up the line so I gave it to my son and drove home. Once we got home, we noticed we were missing a sandwich. I immediately called the restaurant and they don’t give you an option to speak to them. You have to leave a voicemail and someone will return your call. Now this is where I am frustrated, since we live 15 minutes away, it will be another 30-40 minutes for us to commute there, grab the food, and come home. I don’t know if the employees were distracted that they did not check the food before handing it off. I now have to wait to receive a phone call back just to tell them they forgot a meal. I am dissatisfied with this...
