I would have given this store more stars but I've been having some bad experiences with the Amazon return section staff. Ive been returning my Amazon packs to this store and have been coning to this store for months. I recently came to the store approximately 4 days ago and a white male (he was a bit feminine. Sorry, I didn't get the guy's name and that was the only way I can describe him) acted like he couldn't be bothered with helping me and like as soon as he saw me walk up, his body language was like I was getting on his nerves. There was no one in line other than me. This is the 2nd time I came to this Citruis Heights Kohls, with that same man had a nasty attitude. And then on 08/16/2024 I went again to the store and a different guy with dreads/locs (he looked biracial) had the same nasty attitude. It was as if I was dealing with the same person only a different ethnicity. I went another time about a month ago, and yet a totally different man who all that can describe is as being white (and also feminine) had a bad attitude and treated me the same way. I started wondering if they are doing it purposely because all THREE of their attitudes are so bad and so consistently bad. I've worked retail so I understand how stressful it can be, but when you have 3 different staff members with all the same bad attitudes, there is a problem. These 3 Amazon return guys are seriously making the store look really bad because otherwise the store is great and should have 4.5 stars (would have given 5 stars because all of the other ataff Ive encountered are great, however, the outside of the store really needs to be cleaned up and kept cleaned). I really sincerely hope that something is done about these staff members at the amazon return department. I also hope that more people complain about them and get their names because I definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI prefer either the Roseville or Antelope Kohl's. I only went to this one because they were the nearest Kohl's to have what I ordered on the app in stock. When i arrived i noticed there was only 2 spots to park reserved for Kohl's pick up. The Roseville and Antelope store have more spots reserved. These 2 spots were taken and so I had to park in the way back. The store appeared clean and had all the same items as the other Kohl's stores. That is why I gave it 2 stars. When I went to the back of the store to pick up my order I noticed the two clerks working weren't very friendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. When I got my order the clerk was very curt with me. At the Antelope and Roseville store everyone that works there is extremely friendly, personable, and polite. They seem to want to be there and enjoy their jobs unlike the Citrus Heights location. Once I received my items the dress shirt i had ordered was all bunched up and thrown in the bag. Now it is extremely wrinkled, so when i try it on it's going to be hard to assess if i like it or not. I will only be going back to the Citrus Heights location if i have no other options to pick up my items from the Kohl's app. Overall I was extremely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in the men's department and the shoe department with my son for back to school shopping. No one was around for help. When we finally found someone in the homegoods department we were told had to get automated help from a computer kiosk. My son found a sweatshirt he wanted but the only one we could find in the store was a size small. So we checked with the kiosk and it showed us the size he wanted was not in stock there and most of the other local stores. So I ordered it from the kiosk which was out of paper for final confirmation of my order that said it is going to take a week plus though it did have free shipping. I pushed the help button on the kiosk and after about 5 minutes someone came that could not fix the paper issue and I was told that I should receive an email with confirmation of my order and I should just take a picture of the screen. It's now a little over 5 hours and no email confirmation. We gave up looking for shoes there and we were wondering why we needed to leave home in the...
