Final review. Jay Richardson has done everything they could for me to handle this issue. Even to the point of offering to send another ring, unfortunately I had to pick up another ring because the proposal is too close and I don’t have time to wait... fed ex still has no idea where my package went.... they say it was delivered but nobody received a package....very disappointed I didn’t get a chance to give that ring to my girlfriend. But I will definitely be calling them when it’s time for wedding rings! Thank you again Agape and Jay for helping me so much with these issues! One of the few company’s out there with pride and respect for their customers! 5 Star!!!
Another review! 4 Star!!! Jay Richardson is doing everything he can to figure out what has happen to my package!!! This man with this company continues to impress me and his concern for my ring!!! Fed ex has no clue what is going on with my package.... one day they say it’s being returned to Florida, the next they say it’s been delivered to my house already...... I am absolutely mortified by this whole situation.... but agape is working with me to figure out what has happen!!!
Update again on my review!!!! Back to one star!!! Ring is somewhere in Texas, I’m in Michigan...Now fedex tells me agape has requested the package to be returned back to them..... I’m done with this company. Have filed a dispute with my credit card company...... completely horrific experience with agape. I’m suppose to be proposing next week and have no ring. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Leaving old reviews under this for full story!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
Adding to my old review!!! After posting this I talked to customer service again and was helped by a gentlemen named jay Richardson! He went above and beyond and stayed on shift late to fix my order and make sure my fed ex order was changed from getting shipped to Texas to my address in Michigan. It is because of him and only him that this is now a 5 star review!!! Still leaving the rest of the review for warning only because it doesn’t say on the website that the card your using MUST BE IN THE SAME STATE YOUR SHIPPING TO!!! As of right now I will be using this company again. But only because of him!!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! going through the most stressful and anxiety ridden online order of my life!!! Ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend, filled out the proper billing and SHIPPING ADRESS in the online order area!! Placed order. Now my order is being shipped to WEST TEXAS and I’m in Michigan...... when I called to straighten it out they tell me it’s part of their fraud protection policy and they can only ship to the state the card is from!!! WHY DID YOU GIVE ME AN OPTION OF WHERE TO SHIP IT IF YOU COULDNT SHIP IT TO ME!!! And why did the order go...
Read moreI feel sorry for all the people who actually purchased these CZs and believe they purchased man-made (lab-grown) diamonds! There are so many of them, it is sad.
I see Agape Diamond's facebook ads all the time, and they consistently purposely mislead potential customers into thinking they are buying lab-grown diamonds, when in fact, they are buying highly over-priced CZs. I have tried numerous times to educate potential customers by leaving comments educating them between lab-grown diamonds and "man-made diamond simulants," the exact terms Agape uses to mislead people. They are counting on people only seeing "man-made diamond," and betting on people not thinking twice about the last word, "simulants." And, it is obviously working from the numerous people complaining they didn't realize they were buying CZs.
Agape has continuously deleted my messages educating people that they are being mislead. Now, they have completely blocked me from commenting under their Face book ads, so they can continue to mislead their customers into believing they are receiving lab-grown diamonds. If Agape wanted to be transparent about what they REALLY sell, they could simply use the word "gem," or simply "diamond simulant," but they know using "man-made diamond simulant" will fool most people who aren't paying attention. They even name their company "Agape Diamonds," to further convince people they are selling diamonds. They do not sell diamonds! They sell CZs for a rip-off price.
Definitely avoid a company who knowingly continues to fool their customers into believing they are actually buying real diamonds! When someone points out that they are not, those messages all get deleted, which is further proof that the company is crooked and trying to hide the truth from potential customers. They need to be TRANSPARENT and let people know exactly what they are buying without trying to hide the truth from those who don't pay much attention to all the words they use to describe their CZs.
Agape "Diamonds" needs to change their business name, first of all, which implies they sell diamonds. They need to stop using the term "man-made diamond simulant" to confuse the masses. Obviously, if they just use the term "diamond simulant," people will know it's man-made, and it wouldn't be as confusing to customers. They purposely choose language to confuse their customers and make them believe they are buying diamonds. They hide and delete messages made by others to reveal the truth of what they really sell, and block these people altogether, which just proves they are trying to hide the truth from...
Read moreAbsolutely Stunning..... :-) I purchased the 1 carat (each) classic round diamond stud earrings in 14kt white gold..... Honestly, for $600.00, I was not expecting much, but knowing I could return them if not satisfied I figured there was nothing to lose..... They arrived yesterday, and I am telling you I nearly cried they are so beautiful...... I have worked with very successful businessmen (and their wives) my entire life, so I have seen a thousand huge, rock-like diamonds, and it is the depth of the stone that one cannot really describe when trying to explain why you can tell a real diamond from a cz or other simulated stone, no matter the cost.... these simulated diamonds are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING -- and the biggest test is what they look like not in daylight (that's the worst lighting for diamonds, from what I've seen), but what they look like in the sparkle of evening lighting - how well they are able to still capture and display a spectrum of light...... these simulated diamonds are unparalleled....... To say I could not be happier is an understatement, and without doubt this first purchase from Agape Diamonds will not be my last..... We humans should have outgrown the mining of real diamonds DECADES ago - shame on us...... and the one thing I want to point out to everyone is that when we see an incredible diamond, what we remark on - and are stunned by - is the BEAUTY of the stone -- NOT whether or not it is "real".... it is the BEAUTY - regardless of cost - that is what captures us and is so awe inspiring (as beauty always is and forever will be.....)...... so get over yourself in terms of your hubris and misguided opinions about "real" diamonds... the cost of mined diamonds is appalling in every sense of the word..... Agape Diamonds are EVERY BIT AS GORGEOUS AS MINED DIAMONDS..... but you get to feel SO GOOD that no one was harmed or exploited and the beauty of the earth was not permanently scarred by their production.... Agape Diamonds should be the NORM in this world..... and I hope they will be One...
