This travel agency is one of the best. Rob owns the franchise and is one of the most well versed travel agents I have ever met. His staff is top notch, diversified and have experts in many areas. They have people who have cruised over 70 cruises, have people who are from Europe or have lived in Europe for 14 years, have experts on China, luxury cruising, and land tours. They have a variety of tours, cruises and vacation packages, most that are hard to beat the price using the internet. They have resolved problems encountered on vacations, of which I extend my personal gratitude. They appear to be experts in bachelor/ette parties as they were on the local news about their services. They also appear to have great honeymoon packages as one of my friends said they are putting together a super package for his granddaughter. We had an exceptional customer experience with Expedia Cruise Centers in Tampa. Our travel agent, Richie Steinfeld, was phenomenal. He helped us to coordinate a large group of 66 people to attend a week long wedding cruise to Grand Turks. Not knowing much about cruising, and stressed out about having a wedding in another country, Richie was able to alleviate a lot of the stress by answering the million questions not only I had but as well as the other 65 guests traveling. He was always very calm and collective, and if he didn't have answers he would find one and get back to us within hours.
