This place is absolutely amazing at assisting those in need, especially those with families. I myself utilize it as a place for my three year old to learn and grow with children his age, while meeting mothers/fathers/grandparents of young children that enjoy interacting in a positive upbeat environment with their young ones. The resource center also offers computer and internet access, use of their printers and fax machine, family counseling, and educational courses. I took part in a CPR course as well as a car seat safety course which resulted in me receiving a free car seat. The Town & Country Family Resource Center is all deserving of a 5-star rating, due to its amazing services and even more impressively it's incredibly kind, open-hearted and helpful staff. I came here back in April for BABYCAFE lactation consultant support. I met two lovely well educated ladies, Susan and Monica. They both worked with me to get a better latch and get my baby referred for a lip tie and tongue tie (she indeed had both). I was able to get them removed ASAP with their dental office recommendation. My baby girl has had wonderful improvement with eating, colic, and mouth movement since then. I also received help with lactation and increasing my milk supply. I was able to breastfeed up to 5 month which is when my baby started on puree. That is when I chose to discontinue pumping, not for any specific reason except my preference. They are both a true Life Saver and I am forever grateful and will always recommend their support to others.

Came to this location at 8:30 I am trying to fax some paperwork. The lady at the door informed me that they don’t open until 9 AM, I went to my car to wait for 30 minutes. As I am wait I see a Hispanic family Walk to the door can you say something in Spanish and she let them come in . I didn’t walk back up to the door and ask her I thought they don’t open until nine she replied with they called! And she also told me I have to wait outside until 9am .. So another worker walked up and asked me how can she help me with explain to her what happened to me, She come we apologize and help me out..
