Disappointed. Its been awhile since my family ordered from Ledo and I understand why. Pizza is extremely expensive versus what you get. I get the inflation is effecting everyone right now but if you're charging a premium for pizza, at the very least make sure there are toppings on it. Ordered wings that were hot honey with old bay - upon arriving home they were not sauced and the old bay was barely sprinkled at the bottom of the box. Upon entering their establishment there were no other patrons - understandably so. The girl behind the counter (dark black hair) was extremely terse and seemed bothered by my presence while I was just trying to pickup my order. No greeting upon entering, no thank you upon leaving. Simply asked for my name. No smile, nothing. Maybe having a bad night? Not sure. What I am sure of is not returning. Terrible customer service, skimpy toppings, wings without flavor and a large price...

Excellent pizza, friendly service. Been coming here for years. It's in our rotation of favorite spots for our weekly pizza. The pizza is made in a style very different from the more popular pizza styles (neopolitan, NY thin, Chicago thick, Detroit, Greek, New Haven, tavern, etc.). Thin and lightly crispy, almost pastry-like. Cheesy due to the thinner crust. Ledo's is well known for its large thick cut pepperoni neatly placed in the center of each square cut slice. This is not my favorite style or pizza but it is very good and a nice change from the more common varieties. Their other menu items are competently made but do not approach the quality of the pizza, IMO - though enjoyable. Service is consistently excellent. Was very upset I try to use my birthday coupon and I ordered a bunch of the food online and a coupon wouldn't work. I tried several times didn't work. Brought the coupon in and told the cashier about the issue I was having. I handed her the coupon she was like what is this. I said it's the Groupon I tried to order the pizza on. And the website wouldn't take it. I had six things in my cart and still wouldn't take it. All she kept saying was you have to order online. I tried to order it online several times. I don't need anybody telling me how to do it. And if I need help that your son can help me do it. I brought the coupon in I don't understand why I couldn't have ordered it in the store.
