DO NOT DO a contract with this STUDIO unless your hours are fiexible , they WILL remove classes or change them as they see fits. The trainers there are great , the studio is a bit small which over 18 is a little hard to have enough space . I transferred from the Orlando studio which I attended 4-6 days per week for over 2 years , my go to class was 730 am , they never changed their classes nor remove classes at all , I moved to the Westchase one thinking * hey I been doing it for 2 years so why not do a 1 year contract * I hate contracts but never had a bad experience with my last studio , 3 months into my contract on dec they decided to removed the 7 am class and leave 6 am and 8 am , I work 830-530 pm 8 wouldn’t work , I tried to cancel bcus this was throwing my whole schedule off , talked to Linda via email back and forward and bcus I had attended other times on my days off she didn’t think it was a good enough reason to get me off the contract ,so had to pay 50% of remaining yearly balance per contract $600 I tried to make it work n get manager approval to switch my shift , what really made go forward and paid that stupid fee was on a Tuesday i went on registered way ahead and the studio was over capacity by 3 , mind you even thou the classes are supposed to fit 24 on a regular studio in this one no way you could fit 3 rowing machines 3 jumping boxes etc , plus they set up that morning was not for 24 I emailed her stating this was not acceptable, I changed my work schedule to go to a class that Your coach Michelle has to say after counting everyone on the floor ‘ sorry we are over capacity “ …… instead of Linda apologizing she says that studio is meant to fit 24 , I responded by saying well your studio was not set up for 24 stations today , either go back to your cameras or call your coach . I told her to terminate my contract and send me final bill with her stupid 600$ cancellation fee...

Right away, the team—Nashan, Erin, Courtney, Nick, and Meghan—made it clear that they were genuinely invested in my fitness journey. Their friendliness and enthusiasm created an environment that instantly felt like home. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when they suggested I check my weight on the InBody scan. This invaluable step helped set the foundation for my fitness goals. To further support my journey, the team provided me with a personalized meal plan tailored to my needs, which was incredibly helpful in keeping me on track. Having come in with an injured ankle and back due to a car accident, I was initially apprehensive about working out. Read moref45 is a great atmosphere, except for the Westchase studio. Once the new owners took over, the experience changed from a fungoing atmosphere with great relationships with the trainers to a horrible experience. I would highly recommend NOT joining this studio until the ownership changes. Moreover, the head owner scolded individuals during warm-ups and imposed a new rule that if you show up late and missed the demo, then you would be kicked out of class (even for members that have been going to the gym for over 4 years). What's odd, however, is that the owner himself demonstrated moves incorrectly on multiple occasions compared to what was being shown on the demo screen. In addition, prior to realizing how negative these new owners are, I tried referring friends to this gym. During the trial period for one such referral, the trainers failed to show up to the 5am class. Allegedly, this was a result of bickering among the new owners. While they were able to post on instagram that nasty posts resulting from the bickering referenced above were the result of a hack, the owners were incapable of notifying members that no trainer would be present at the 5am class. My friend asked to not be charged 1 day after the trial period as a result of a trainer not showing up to the class, but Linda (an owner and in a nasty manner) told this individual that as a result of some boilerplate document that f45 Westchase jammed down my friend's throat while trying out a new gym experience, that f45 Westchase would not refund my friend's initial payment since it was 1 day outside of the...
